Awful experience. Receptionist polite but other than that terrible communication and customer service skilled.. Extremely rude, snooty and aloof. Simple questions such as 'when will the report be ready to send', were met with snobbish dismissive answers such as 'I don’t send it, speak to someone else'. The report that was sent was full of errors. I very rarely like to complain but feel so strongly that I have had to leave a review. Avoid at all costs.... Read more
