Very friendly team and they were always very supporting during our search for the house and even after that. Sworn & Co called me to arrange a viewing for the studio in Chiswick. I drove 16 miles to make it and walked the last mile in the rain. They didn't bother to show up. I called their office 10 times—no answer. Waste of time.

Let out dangerous properties: we had a glass panel smash in the bathroom out of the blue and gaslit us that we were making a big deal out of nothing.
Also had no hot water for two weeks in their property, and won't let you know adequate contact details for landlords. Later had no hot water again.
Would avoid at all costs, there's plenty of other agents in the area who appear to be much more professional.

Sworn are well-meaning but lack the communication skills you'd expect from a good agency.
They were quick to fix most issues arising with the flat. The recurring mould problem (mostly due to being a basement flat) was never fully resolved, although they did take some steps to address it, such as providing a big dehumidifier.
Their communication by email was friendly but often confusing, and/or failed to address the question asked.
Despite the issues, Sworn are actually one of the better agencies I've experienced. There are far worse out there.

We rented a beautiful property with Sworn & Co over the last four years. They have always responded to our calls and issues positively and professionally. Any work that needed to be done to the property was quickly organised. From moving in to moving out our experience with Sworn and Co has been very positive and I would highly recommend.
