Sworn & Co called me to arrange a viewing for the studio in Chiswick. I drove 16 miles to make it and walked the last mile in the rain. They didn't bother to show up. I called their office 10 times—no answer. Waste of time.

Let out dangerous properties: we had a glass panel smash in the bathroom out of the blue and gaslit us that we were making a big deal out of nothing.
Also had no hot water for two weeks in their property, and won't let you know adequate contact details for landlords. Later had no hot water again.
Would avoid at all costs, there's plenty of other agents in the area who appear to be much more professional.

Sworn are well-meaning but lack the communication skills you'd expect from a good agency.
They were quick to fix most issues arising with the flat. The recurring mould problem (mostly due to being a basement flat) was never fully resolved, although they did take some steps to address it, such as providing a big dehumidifier.
Their communication by email was friendly but often confusing, and/or failed to address the question asked.
Despite the issues, Sworn are actually one of the better agencies I've experienced. There are far worse out there.

I have contacted Sworn & Co with enquires about rental property they had on offer. I have received personable, accessible and professional service throughout. The agent was very patient with all my questions and arranged few viewings (well suited to my needs and budget). All properties I have visited were well kept and clean. If you are looking to rent, make Sworn & Co your first port of call. This guys will not waste your time.

Saw a garage advertised to rent on zoopla and sent an enquiry through to Sworn and co on a Sunday afternoon. Here we are on Monday evening and no response. If this was my garage I wouldn’t be happy with Sworn trying to do the deal and as we all know first impressions make or break deals I will not be persuing further.

Property had a recurrent problem of black mould, with black mould present on the walls of the bedrooms and suspected under the carpet upon move in. Due to a severe respiratory allergy, I had to move out within the first few days after moving in. The company was not helpful with solving this issue, and I wound up paying rent for an apartment that was uninhabitable due to a severe adverse effect on my health. I don't believe the property was fit for leasing and I recommended the remaining tenants report the property to the council.
I would not recommend this company to any individual hoping to find a rental property in London.

Reported an issue about pests in the ground of a block managed by this company. The phone call and subsequent email were ignored by them. There was no proper shed for refuse. There also was a terrible smell because the skips were not collected and people were leaving rubbish bags at the side. We also had sewerage issues which were not addressed. We eventually moved out of the flat we were renting because of it all. I would avoid this company as their management of properties is atrocious.
