After choosing a 3 local estate agents in Barry to sell my property, and finding the 1st didn’t advertise on right move, the 2nd didn’t turn up, and the 3rd whist having a sale percentage actually had a minimum charge before the percentage kicked in, so I turned to Hoskins Morgan in Cardiff who I had previously had dealings with for a valuation. Thursday – Spoke with Caroline to arrange a Valuation Saturday - Brad did the valuation and photographs in the morning. Monday - Contract was signed lunchtime. Tuesday - Property was live on right move Wednesday - 2 viewings were confirmed by Caroline Friday - Suzanne did viewings Monday - A sale was agreed at my target figure That’s seriously impressive all round team performance. During the sale process I was constantly kept updated by Caroline, and when I rang the phone was always answered by a human, and I never once got an answer machine or a request to use my keypad. In my opinion the service offered can’t bettered, and when I’m selling again Hoskins Morgan will be 1st Choice... Read more

Would never recommend.Turned up late then had wrong key.Conveniently her friend was there viewing to give her lift back to car. So we all view together 4 of us agent went around with friend.Was told not to worry filling application now do it online.There no application online not even a email.Avoid unless you know who works there... Absolutely amazing customer service from really decent, kind people. I’d take this family run agency over any of the “big ones” any day of the week. I felt like Caroline, Suzanne and Brad went the extra mile and solved a multitude of problems along the way. When my first buyer pulled out of the sale, they had my property sold again within hours. When completion day turned into an absolute disaster because of an incompetent solicitor (Beverly, Davies, Penny), Suzanne stayed until the bitter end (and way over her working hours) to sort us out.
