Worst tenancy ever experienced. 20 pages of complaints by the end to get let out of a contract earlier. Wouldn't even wish them to deal with my worst enemy. Many sleepless nights experiencing harassment, lying and theft and their properties. You don't want to deal with these people.... Read more

The fact that the house has been in a state of disrepair for around 4 months now, (We have no running cold water, most of the lights don't work, the internet doesn't work 90% of the time) with little to most things not working within the property, or broken... Oh and they don't check references. So chances are you'll live with some interesting people... (Weed smokers, druggies, etc) We paid £175 for references and well... They didn't check them and let us move in within 2 days. We've also tried to contact them repeatedly, as have all the other tenants... So...... Read more
