Everyone was friendly, not pushy knowledgeable of the area and realistic in their valuation. They did their best to bring folk in to view and were very respectful of my property.
They bent over backwards to do whatever they could to help me, taking a genuine interest in helping me in all the process. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Move Residential Allerton, to anyone wanting to sell their home.

They were very good. I like the fact they put the seller at the centre, and they knew what the seller wanted. Whether this was doing own viewings, the kind of buyer, the price we were after. They were very personable people.

The only thing that was done to promote the property was to put it online nothing further done no contact or update unless we called even then it was minimal

Photos were good, and the online marketing campaign compared well with other estate agents.
The agent who valued my property was very knowledgeable and was a good salesman. I think the property was valued too high initially, but I think he'd have had a good go at selling it close to that price. The issue was, he wasn't involved in selling my property - this was mainly junior staff taking the calls and doing some of the viewings. These were 'order takers' not salesman and they did not understand my property's selling points, why it was valued at a particular price point and how to match this to what a buyer was looking for. A lot of questions put to me were reactionary from buyers, when they said they should have had detailed knowledge of my property from the outset. I tried to host most of the viewings as they weren't adding any value at viewings and weren't 'selling' the property to viewers (I'd been present for some of the viewings they hosted).
At the start, I had regular viewings and contact. In my final month with them, I heard from them only once and feel like they'd basically 'downed tools' as they knew my sole agency agreement was coming to an end. They did always get back to me if I rang them.
Staff were always professional, polite and well presented.

Excellent service from Move from start to finish. They came in with a higher suggested selling price than other agents and we were able to achieve slightly higher than that within a week of the house going on the market. They also followed up regularly during the post-offer accepted process until the sale was complete.

I would certainly recommend Move Residential in Mossley Hill and not only because they achieved a higher sold price than we expected. Their Sales Completion team from offer accepted to final completion were approachable, helpful, and efficient. A professional service from start to finish. This site’s review rating system describes 5 stars as ‘amazing’, which is ludicrous. Move Residential were very good.
