The whole process was smooth as I used their in house solicitors meaning I could keep on top of the whole transaction, i would highly recommend

Moved into the apartment on the 28th of February with promises that it will be cleaned before move in date, that second key will be provided with FOB. For me to move in an find leaking sink that and many other issues with the apartment such as black mould?
Over 6 months in and only thing fixed was the sink, nothing else?
Absolute joke, not even second key has been provided.

Have asked multiple times to remove listing from their website due to their poor service.
A number of viewings have been arranged without my consent but I've had emails with 'confirmation of viewing'
Even when responding to every email telling them I don't wish to sell and haven't agreed to the viewing, they still don't cancel.
The worst service I've had from an estate agent. Don't want to buy or sell through them
Previously had property up with another estate agent but had a couple of no shows so changed over to Jones & Chapman within the cooling off period. Hardly any viewings and one of the buyers who had views through he Previous agent said it took 7 calls to Jones & Chapman to arrange a viewing

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Jones and Chapman, Allerton, Liverpool. I would give them a negative rating if it were possible. Last weekend, I received confirmation for a property viewing in Liverpool. However, on the morning of the viewing, they rescheduled it for the afternoon, only half an hour before the scheduled time. When I arrived, another lady was waiting to view the same property. We waited for over 30 minutes, and I tried calling them, but no one answered. After trying from another phone, I was informed that Olivia was on her way. But, to our disappointment, nobody showed up even after another 45 minutes had passed. I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour before. They should be respectful of other people’s time. If they needed to cancel the viewing, they should have been honest and straightforward instead of making false promises. They should have respected their commitment to their customers. This type of behaviour is unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly disgusting for an estate agent.

Rebecca advised us with our mortgage following being let down elsewhere. From the get go she was pro active, upbeat, informative and calming and guided us through finding the right mortgage to completion. Always on hand to answer any of our (many) questions and was very patient and understanding as it was our first time buying a house.

Recently, I had a negative experience with Estate Agency 349 Woodchurch Road, Prenton, Merseyside, CH42 8PE, regarding the sale of a house. I do not recommend them due to their extreme inexperience, unfriendly demeanor, slow response times, irrelevant questioning, excessive interference, and lack of understanding regarding legal requirements. I informed them that I could provide a completion letter and proof of address of where I live currently when necessary, but they seemed unaware of these basic requirements. Overall, I would advise against dealing with them as it was a waste of time.

My experience with Jones & Chapman's Allerton branch was deeply disappointing and frustrating. Despite their promises of commitment to customer satisfaction, my encounter with them fell drastically short of expectations.
Firstly, the sale of my property lingered for an excruciating six months without any apparent urgency or effort from their end. It seemed as though they were indifferent to the timely resolution of the transaction, showing little regard for customer expectations or satisfaction.
Moreover, their recommendation of a solicitor based in Newcastle (Mark Swatts Morse LLP), a considerable distance from Liverpool, was baffling and impractical. This firm proved to be unresponsive and negligent, failing to address queries or emails promptly. It was perplexing why they would suggest a solicitor so far away when Liverpool boasts an abundance of reputable legal professionals.
To compound matters, the potential buyer they identified for my property was directed towards PM Property Lawyers in Sheffield, where honest reviews consistently rate them with 1-star. This choice of solicitor proved to be a nightmare, exhibiting incompetence, chaos, and disorganization throughout the process. On the 28th of February last year, we were tantalizingly close to sealing the sale with their agreement and consent. However, they inexplicably sent an email with more questions the day before at 5:30 pm, seemingly to ensure that they could avoid answering emails or phone calls after working hours. This tactic only served to prolong the sale unnecessarily and created immense frustration.
The most bewildering aspect of this ordeal was the apparent lack of foresight displayed by Jones & Chapman's purported property management experts. Despite their supposed expertise, they failed to anticipate the eventual outcome, leaving me with substantial losses amounting to nearly £50,000.
The toll of this experience extended beyond financial implications, impacting my mental well-being profoundly. The incessant delays, incompetence, and financial uncertainty exacerbated my anxiety and left me burdened with overwhelming worries. It's disheartening to see how such negligence and incompetence can have such a detrimental effect on one's mental health.
Overall, my experience with Jones & Chapman's Allerton branch was marred by incompetence, negligence, and a glaring disregard for customer welfare. I would strongly caution against entrusting them with any property transactions, as their actions have proven to be detrimental and financially devastating, with significant repercussions on mental well-being.
I would like to highlight that from day 1 the customer service was so impersonal and shambolic.
