I've dealt with Country Wide PLC on several occassion and never had any issues with them. Unfortunately I can't say the same as of late.
Although i got clear and concise information from Ms S Carrol when (Lettings) Letting propery out . I cant say the same for Mgt .

Terrible customer service, Says theyll call back but dont call back at all. Got told to not call back because they will contact me and they never. Tried to get a property and just didnt get anywhere with them

Never reliable and trustworthy. Especially be aware when you want arrange any appointments or viewing with them. Make sure to get the confirmation from them multiple times. Because they repeatedly cancel appointments, just 10 mins before the time!

I would choose 0 star if there is. It is such bad experiences. It is for entwistle green and also for the Countrywide company. We had a buying experience, but had to withdraw the offer as there is no updates from the vendor for a long time. Why I would give 0 star. First, Entwistle green always picks up the call after we call more than 5 times... never pick it up before that. Second, they never call us back as they promised us. For example, I asked for the updates from the vendor on Monday, and they said I would call the vendor and gave you a call back. Then I would expect the call from them ... but then I will never get it back and have to call them again on Friday or Thursday. I really do not understand this. Even the vendor did not pick up the call, they should call us back just let us know. It is so easy, but they never do it. Thirdly, the vendor is in chain, but the second day after the vendor accept our offer (the vendor has not found their house yet), entwistle green asked us to pay non-refundable 400 pounds for the solicitor fee (I found it is not normal after we worked with other agents). We used their solicitor, but we should not use their solicitor. If you have to buy a house from entwistle green, do remember not to use their solicitor!!! We got to know later from other agents and friends that only after the vendor found their house, it starts to move further, such as find solicitor and mortgage, but before that no one should ask for the payments!!! As we did not have any experiences, we thought it was normal to pay that money. We got the lessons, but hope we can help others as well. And suttonkersh and entwistle green are both from contrywide company. Staff in suttonkersh are very responsive and helpful, however, entwistle green seems to be there to show how good suttonkersh is.

Great service. I dropped in for some guidance due to not purchasing in the area before and to get a feel of the some of the estate agents in the area.

The service at Entwistle Green was great, the most helpful agency I visited, very knowledgeable staff happy to share their information. I look forward to finding a property with them.

Excellent mortgage guidance and advice from Nick Gatti at Entwistle Green. Nick offers a comprehensive, professional and efficient mortgage service which made the process of house buying much more straightforward. He answered my questions and completed the application and paperwork quickly and with minimal fuss, he also got me a great deal on my mortgage - highly recommended.
