Nick offers a comprehensive, professional and efficient mortgage service which made the process of house buying much more straightforward. Lazy, arrogant, rude, ignorant ‘staff’ they like to rent out houses with mould, damp and leaking boilers that don’t work. When you’re forced to move house through their laziness- they’re spiteful enough to give bad references. If you want a nice house that’s managed properly - don’t use these!

We started working with the team at Allerton, at first with a degree of scepticism, having dealt with a number of estate agents in the past as landlords, some treated us with indifference & some were just incompetent. However, after a short while we were very pleasantly surprised by Shelia Carroll & her excellent team (Gail Hines, Alex O'Shea & Beverley Bramil), they were extremely efficient, polite & kept us up to date with progress. They found us tenants within two weeks & dealt with the paperwork and closed all the loops.
We would highly recommend Sheila & her team it was a pleasure working with them.

Worst estate agent I have ever used. I would not recommend this company. First of all check your contract period. We were locked in for 24 weeks. This is completely disheartening when you don't have many viewings or offers. The initial meeting was wonderful and the lady from Leyland, Helen who came, filled me with the upmost confidence. After this, the whole process became a disheartening mess. The rest of the branch hadn't a clue what was going on. I received very little feedback from viewings. The only offer we had was when Helen did the viewing, is she the only person working? They told our buyers one set of lies and didn't bother to communicate with us. For the £2700 we paid, I would look elsewhere for somewhere cheaper and with a more personal touch.

Gary and his team were fantastic in the sale of my property, they were always on hand to help with any support I needed and were upfront about costs and there were no hidden charges.
Although Entwistle Green were a bit more expensive than some of their competitors, the service I received was A1 and the photographer they sent to my house was experienced and knowledgeable, thus the photos they put on Rightmove and Zoopla were very good meaning that I was inundated with viewers which eventually led to me receiving the price that I wanted for my property.
I sold my house in around 8 weeks with Entwistle Green and would highly recommend their services as opposed to some of their cheaper competitors, who I am sure would be unable to match the quality of service.
