One of five agents who valued prior to marketing the house. Theirs was highest valuation, but the enthusiasm of the valuer was the main factor in appointing Venmore. Took just four days to achieve full asking price offer, so delighted. A few blips in online listing - photos posted prior to me signing off, but revised within 24 hours. Communication good, kept informed by mail of upcoming viewings and feedback. Awaiting exchange of contracts.

The most traumatic and horrendous experience imaginable! I'm still recovering from the stress that the team there caused me! If I had known in advance as to how they would treat me I would never have gone there! If it was'nt for Emma rescuing my sale and helping me at the last minute then my sale would have fallen through!
A truly hurtful and devastating experience!
