I have been self-managing my rental property for many years; when the previous tenant left I decided to approach Gillian at Househandlers with a view to them managing the property. I'd previously used HH's services to clean my property in between tenants and was impressed by their pricing and professionalism, hence thought I would approach them regarding management services. I signed up for the 'full' package of finding a tenant, checking their credentials and managing the tenancy. Their charges are very reasonable, they found new tenants very quickly (faster than I would have done on my own), communication, service delivery and professionalism have been to high standards. In summary, as a landlord I'm glad I found Househandlers - they have hit a sweet-spot of pricing, efficiency and effectiveness. Update: March 2022 I decided to sell the property through HH. They did a great job - showed interested parties the around the property and found a potential buyer quite quickly. Through the process they kept oversight on the buyer's progress and provided regular updates. I was a little concerned at first since they don't have any high-street shop-window presence, however this concern turned out unfounded. On a par with my previous experiences - they were competitively priced and provided a good service culminating in the trouble-free sale of my property. One very happy customer here.... Read more

They're incompetent. They booked me in for a viewing. I called to confirm the viewing on the day, only to find out that they didn't put my details in their system and the viewing won't happen. I had to change my working schedule for the viewing that did not happen.... Read more
