18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Disaster lettings team. Since the beginning of the month trying to arrange a viewing on a rental property, had zero response no feedback whatsoever about when was the viewing happening. The lettings associate was clueless, was not even aware that the property had a price reduction twice in two weeks in a row! Terrible experience! I was even receiving more property viewing options when the one I requested not once I had a feedback on, enbarecing to say the least. Already rented a house with other agency while the property I was interested in is still to rent.

She guided me through the entire selling process with professionalism and care, making sure i was informed every step of the way. Joanne was always available to answer any question i had and went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went smoothly. Her attention to detail and commitment to getting the best possible deal for me were truly impressive. 5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)Katie and Joe have been excellent. We were able to accept an offer on our property in 7 days. The open day was a success and we have been kept informed of all steps through out the sale of our property. We used Cubitt and West in 2013 when we bought our first property, we have used them again when selling our property and we would use them again. We highly recommend Cubitt & West if you are looking to buy or sale your property.

4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)We decided going through sales with Galaxy because the way that they sold this to us, that would be easy and quick. But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.

Levi was fantastic - he was always contactable and kept us completely sighted on progress. We had real problems with our solicitor, but Levi constantly chased them to make sure progress was being made, and he was clear with us on what they should be doing to progress our purchase. When he was out of office, the rest of the team also picked up the work seamlessly so there weren't any delays. The excellent reviews are not at all suprising - we will definitely be going with Groves when we come to sell.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
