I always get nervous when moving. There are so many things to remember and I want to make sure I'm making the right decisions for myself and my kids and for a fare price. I was so impressed and made to feel completely at ease with Barnard Marcus. The Manager, Nick was completely up front and honest with me, kept up a stream of consistent communication and made sure I had all the information I needed. Because of this, the whole process went quickly and smoothly and it gave me the peace of mind I needed at an already stressful time.

I'd definitely only go through Barnard Marcus now and a special mention to Nick for his knowledge, professionalism and general kindness. 5 stars.

Fantastic service. I had my property with another agent. The tenants are moving out mid Feb. I had only one viewing in 4 weeks. I chose Barnard Marcus as I was impressed with The Manager’s knowledge and professionalism. From instruction to let it took 8 days. They generated 4 good viewings within 2 days of the photographs being taken and one of these made a full offer within 2 more days. The process for setting up the tenancy could not have been simpler. I can not recommend them more highly. The Manager Chrissie and Nick need a special mention.

Overall very good service, special thanks to Craig, who was very responsive to my needs as a buyer, and spent a lot of time letting me in the property to take measurements and plan the refurbishment works, ahead of purchase. Points of improvement are (a) need to make property plans precise - the plan of our property's garden wasn't precise and (b) I received some unnecessary pressure to complete faster - however, the service was still better than many other agents I've seen, so thank you for that.
