I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this business based on our experience. Our property was occupied by individuals without our authorisation, despite our clear instructions that no one was to be staying there. We also paid for property inspections that, in our experience, were not carried out as agreed. This did not reflect the service or the contractual obligations we expected Houzly to fulfil. When we regained possession of the property, we discovered damage that had not been identified or reported to us. This was particularly concerning because Houzly had previously assured us that the property was in immaculate condition. Most concerning of all, when we entered the property, we found a man living there with his personal belongings and furniture. We had never authorised him to occupy the property, and he did not have a tenancy agreement with us. We were informed that he had been given access to the property by Houzly. We later became aware that he was a business associate of Houzly’s owner in a separate business venture, which raised further concerns for us about how our property had been managed. Overall, we found the service to be unprofessional, communication to be poor, and key responsibilities to have been neglected.
