Nick Hume founded Hume Homes in 2021 after feeling what many people feel when part of the property process – detached and undervalued. The property process has historically been a challenging one, with buyers, sellers, landlords and renters feeling out of the loop from their estate agent.

I’ve been letting my flat with Nick for nearly 2 years and I have had excellent service. Nick is really good at his job, he literally turned up to view my property the first time and within a day had found the perfect new tenants. He is personable, easy to contact and communicate with and his service so far has been very efficient and helpful. I really appreciate being able to talk to the same person who gives a great tailor made service instead of going to a larger company and talking to a different person every time there is an issue or change of tenant, and having to repeat the same conversations.

During the process of moving to London, Nick was incredibly helpful in finding a rental property. He answered all my questions promptly and was very attentive and supportive. I was able to easily reach him and obtain information whenever I needed. From my experience, I can say that the most important thing you need when looking for a house in London is a good real estate agent. If the house you find is being sold or rented by Nick, you are lucky because you will have a flawless experience. I thank him for his help.

I found Nick through recommendations on NextDoor and the first thing he said was "Call me!" If you have searched for a managing agent, you will know what a rare find someone like Nick.
We have a great line of communication, Nick inspected our building and came up with some recommendations. He comes as someone who knows and loves what he is doing and this is reflected in his attitude and the service he provides.
We are running through some documentation to finalise the engagement, but are very satisfied and excited about working with Nick.
I would highly recommend Nick if you want a professional, proactive and instantly available managing agent.
