After being searching new home for several weeks I started working with Featherstone Leigh, and since the beginning they were simply awesome. They easily addressed the whole bad situation that I had looking for a new place for me, my wife and my little baby.
The agent was Otto Mallalieu-Black, he was on top of it prior, during and after the renting process was done, 5 stars of 5.

As a foreigner moving to a big city isn't easy at all, especially when you need a place to live. I was under tremendous stress because I had to do the whole process of locking one down from overseas; however, I was lucky to meet an agent like Otto from Featherstone Leigh. Otto was meticulous in showing the flat(he made the whole virtual viewing as I was there), and he made so much effort to make sure that I was happy with all the requests and needs, particularly communicating with the future landlord. As a bonus, he's very polite and friendly, so If you're trying to find your next perfect home in London- I highly recommend Otto Mallalieu-Black agent!
