We were on the market from February to September and throughout our experience was positive, friendly and always professional. The entire team was aware of our exact goals for the property and both office managers (Naz & Lucy who took over towards the end) went out of their way to discuss market conditions as they evolved, helping to sharpen our marketing strategy. The team checked with us on WhatsApp to confirm every viewing and when offers started to come in were diligent in researching and communicating to us each buyer’s ability and means to make good their offer. We eventually got different improved offers of almost the full asking price.

The experience of leasing a flat for my son got off to a terrible start. On handover the flat was dirty, in bad repair and came with mould and a non functional fridge freezer (I will add pictures). He's fresh out of Uni though so was happy to stay and work it out.
There is where the folks at KFH simply excelled. Samantha, Max and Hannah have been amazing. I can be both emotional and volatile and they were calming and understanding, particularly Samantha and Max who went our of their way to spend an hour or more with me listening.
That is what a good agent does IMO.
They listen. They calm. They assess. They act.
I would completely recommend the team at KFH to both landlords and tenants. They act quickly and fairly. Top notch.

We have recently engaged the services of Fergus and his team at KFH Fulham and Parsons Green and have been incredibly impressed with the level of service we have received. We invited 4 estate agents in the area (all very well-known and well-regarded) to value our property and advise on letting the property out. KFH not only gave us the best valuation, they offered the most competitive pricing and were so responsive. Whilst other agents took nearly a week to get back to us, KFH had our property rented out within 5 days of the initial meeting and at a higher price than the flat was advertised at and over £120 more than other agents had suggested per month. The team at KFH are hands down the best in Fulham and Parsons Green - professional, personable and very efficient. They are also clearly interested in cultivating long term relationships with their clients instead of quick wins. They have wowed us from the start and helped us secure wonderful tenants, a 3 year tenancy and made the process very straightforward. Could not recommend more highly.

Finding a new home comes with a lot of anxiety and stress and I’ve learned that finding home in London that is all very much amplified!! Until I got to speak to Charlotte. We are a family of four. My partner and I are both in aviation and work long hours and travel extensively! In fact he currently commutes from Malta on the weekends. Girls are 17 and 13, older is off to Uni in Sept and younger one is into competitive swimming starting her GCSEs next year. We are moving to London to be close to work, airports, good schools and swimming pools. On top of that we have a dog, small Westie but still a huge challenge with many landlords! We started looking for a 3 bed house about 2 months ago and it felt as if we entered a huge bidding auction. I was getting worried, chasing agents, spending hours on the phone, sweetening the deals which we would regularly lose…yes, all that until we got to Charlotte…she proposed an amazing property to me, I saw the pictures and thought to myself - wow, this would be incredible if it worked. I told her we are interested but was worried we would never get it due to past experience with other agencies and agents. She encouraged us along the way, asked for us to share some family photos and a short bio, including the pic of our dog and showed that to the landlord who was happy to have us! I couldn’t believe my ears when Charlotte called to say that we got it! If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think we would have tried our luck! We now can’t wait to move into this dream house! Number of things have required maintenance in our flat and KFH are almost impossible to get hold of and even gave us the wrong property manager information. We have recently just sold three flats in Fulham, two with KFH and one with Foxtons, and the difference in customer service is incomparable.
Naz from KFH was one of the most helpful estate agents I have ever come across! Even with COVID-19 going on, she still made the process very easy. Naz would regularly call with updates throughout the week and always chased the buyer or their solicitors to find out what was going on, in comparison to Foxtons who would ask us to either call the solicitor or buyer for an update.
If you are thinking about selling or buying a property in the Fulham area, make sure you use KFH and make sure you ask for Naz as you will be well taken care of throughout the whole process.

We sold our 2-3 bed flat on Fulham Road with KFH during the Summer of 2018. Damien, Stacey and their team were excellent. We had offers from day 1, even before the full advert became available. After a couple of iterations, we accepted the offer and KFH helped manage all the process through exchange and completion very smoothly. Their fee was very competitive, which reflected the fact that our agreed asking prize was reasonable (after looking carefully at the market and receiving 3 quotes from different agents). I would definitely recommend KFH. We advertised and agreed a sale within days, and moved to our new home within a couple of months.

You often see a persons best attributes in adversity and this was 100% the case with my experience with Damien Jeffries.
Damien professionalism and experience was for sure the reason our transaction made it to an exchange of contracts. Everything that possibly could go wrong during a conveyancing process definitely did during our purchase. A lesser agent would have lost the trust / faith of all involved but Damien somehow managed to keep all the plates spinning and we got over the line.

Hamish went well out of his way to help us find a property to rent that met our specific requirements. Unlike every other estate agent that spammed my email inbox with unsuitable properties in random locations, Hamish only ever presented us with relevant properties and made himself available during out-of-office hours for viewings. Communications were very prompt and professional and whilst we did get let down on a couple of properties (through no fault of Hamish or KFH), Hamish retained the level of tenacity and patience that I have come to accept as the benchmark. Overall, very impressed with Hamish and his colleague Farhana who was available when Hamish wasn't .
