I am hereby formally writing to express my experience with Becky. To call Becky a miracle worker is an understatement. Right from the beginning she has been very approachable, helpful and truly goes out of her way to help the customer. She has been fantastic with me through out. I need to give special mention to her communication skills and her accessibility. Whenever i emailed her i could always rely on becky to reply back quickly. She always tried to push the sale through as fast as she could. If i needed something done, i could be guaranteed she would get it done or find out a way to get it done. They say the worst side of people comes out when they are stressed, but even at the end when i was super stressed and about to back out and ended up putting a lot of pressure on Becky, she did her magic and pushed things through. Even through out the stressful period, she was so patient with me and really went out of her way to help me. I'm not sure if you have an employee of the month at your organisation, but if so please can i nominate becky for this. I understand you also helped in convincing the owners at the end for temporarily letting me rent the apartment just in case the completion didn't come through and i thank you for this as well. You both were truly fantastic and will be seeking your services again in future when im planning to let.... Read more

Excellent customer service. They go out of their way to keep you updated. I had my house on the market with another Estate Agent for nearly a year. Dropped the price by a nominal £5000. New photos and the staff sent details to people who wanted to buy in my area. Sold it subject to contract in two weeks.... Read more
