We approached Hunters after we were let down by another letting agency in the area and right away Daniel and his team were there to guide us through the minefield of changing agencies and getting our properties back up to standard. As we live a considerable distance away from Stoke, it is important for us to have confidence that the best interests of our properties and more importantly our tenants are being looked after. As the lettings team at Hunters are professional and proactive, we have the reassurance that our interests are in safe hands. If an issue ever does arise, Daniel will go above and beyond in devoting his time to provide a swift solution. The system Hunters have in place to report, authorise and rectify defects is smooth and simple to use and Kerry who deals with the maintenance is exemplary. Very happy with the service I got from Olivia at Hunters, Stoke on Trent. My buy to let had been a problem investment right from the start and I'd lost all faith in estate agents until I moved to Hunters. Despite the lockdown they found me a buyer very quickly and the sales process was straightforward and fairly quick under the circumstances. I don't think Olivia could have given us a better service so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her/Hunters to others. Thanks Olivia am so grateful to you!

AVOID! I rented a property from this cowboy company and what I experienced was appalling! The property was below a suitable standard in need of repair which Stoke Council environmental department had to step in to raise a despute with the landlord. The company were misleading, obnoxious and completely uncooperative throughout this whole ordeal!
I paid thousands myself in repairs as I got fed up of waiting, only to be told coincidently at the end of my work that the landlord wished to have the property back. I didn’t go down without a fight! It went to court and in the end the landlord resorted to gaining illegal entry to the property. I was bullied into giving up at this point as I was being denied my property back. They stole furnisings and white goods in the end.
Never was I in any debt with the company. This happens all too often. Wonder why they have no reviews? They have poorly kept properties to rent and as soon as you put them right they move you out and pocket the gain! These aren’t just minor repairs. Front doors not locking, smoke alarms broken, windows falling out.
And if you hear the name Jessica Handley run! She is the managers assistant who is out to con! She will blatantly lie in order to get what she wants, going as far as using the word ‘might’ all too often. Just to get you to be quiet over the situation.
And don’t bother contacting head office. The way this company gets around not following correct procedure is they are all franchises.

Excellent customer service. They go out of their way to keep you updated. I had my house on the market with another Estate Agent for nearly a year. Dropped the price by a nominal £5000. New photos and the staff sent details to people who wanted to buy in my area. Sold it subject to contract in two weeks.

We recently had to find a new home as our landlord had given notice to sell. Given our bad experience with another lettings agency, Vicky did everything she could to alleviate our fears. Professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend Hunters from a Tenant perspective

Recently I invested in many properties and put my trust in another agency with my properties, I wished for my properties to be let out sharply however this did not happen.
I decided to enquire else where and came across Hunters, From the first conversation I encountered with the lettings team I was immensely impressed with there professionalism and there dedication to me, I felt like I was the only Landlord they dealt with as they personalised all my requirements.
Within a matters of weeks all of my properties were let and the whole process ran smoothly and efficiently.
Special thanks to Kate (lettings negotiator) who worked tirelessly to fill my properties with the most pleasant tenants.

Wouldn't waste your time with these agents because they will waste yours. Useless girls that can't complete the simplest task like phone you back.if your looking for a home I would recommend another agency avoid hunters at all costs or it will cost you..
