Hurford Salvi Carr actively engages in deposit theft for their clients as well as neglect of the homes under their care.
We have rented out a flat under their care for close to 2 years now at 41 Provost Street. They are withholding deposit money and are unwilling to talk over the phone, preferring to selectively omit evidence and bury their neglect with bureaucracy. See picture attached for more details.

After looking at numerous properties with different letting agencies in London we were lucky enough to find Hurford Salvi Carr. Kirk Parry and Ediz Giritli were extremely helpful and available to us during our search and listened to what we were looking for. They helped us through out the process and were always available to answer a call or promptly respond to an email. Even after we moved in they checked to make sure we were settled. Amazing experience and can not recommend them enough.

Finding a new flat to rent with Hurford Salvi Carr was a great experience. We contacted them very last minute with only 24 hours to find a property to rent in London. After giving them our criteria they suggested a property which we were able to see that day. The property fitted all of our criteria perfectly. The process of assuring the property was straightforward and any questions that we had were answered promptly by our estate agent Ediz. Overall, I would highly recommend Hurford Salvi Carr.

The transaction is very sophisticated and the prices are appropriate and very clear in dealing, and the method of payment of money is very easy where you do not need transfer from a bank to, using the debit card in the office they have. ????????

An excellent and professional agency. They do really care about their customers.
Properties' maintenance is very effective and the flats are very nice.
The agents we have been in contact were always kind, professional, helpful and they replied very quickly to all our requests.
I would strongly suggest to use this agency.
