Tom Hill just sold a flat for me in Aldgate. He got a good price in a difficult market, managed the process well, and was always a real pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom, Javier and the HSC team to anyone wanting to sell a property in the area.

I’m so glad we chose HSC to sell our flat. Javier and Tom were professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout- not at all like the experiences I’ve had with estate agents in the past. They did a fantastic job of dealing with issues as they arose and helped us through the whole process. Would highly recommend.

Tom Hill was our agent and was very helpful and patient as we were an overseas buyer and his local insight to the UK buying system was appreciated as well as area knowledge of E1.

After a first attempt to sell our flat with one of the biggest real estate agent in UK, we mandated HSR for the sale of our flat earlier this year. Tom and Javier were in charge and they successfully managed to source offers in 2-3 weeks. After tough negotiations with potential buyers, we finally accepted an offer. The process has been longer and more difficult than initially expected. That being said, Tom invested a lot of his time and energy to manage the buyer / his sollicitor and to get the deal over the line. We were pleased having HSR and Tom managing the sale of our property. They have a strong knowledge of the area and surroundings which is what we were lacking during our first attempt to sell. We would definitely recommend working with Tom and Javier. A safe pair of hands even with difficult buyers.
