We rented our property in Bloomsbury for 15 years through HSC and had several very good tenants through out that time . Julian was always ready to give advice when I needed it . Eventually deciding it was time to sell I didn’t hesitate to use HSC . The flat was on the market for about couple of weeks when I received an offer . Despite the process of sale taking a little longer than expected it went fairly smoothly towards Completion and a big thank you to Marco and Omar who were brilliant !

I selected Hurford Salvi Carr to sell my apartment at Limehouse Basin based on their reputation, strong reviews, and their knowledge and presence in the area. My sale turned out to be more complicated and protracted than most, but throughout the process HSC remained committed, helpful, and consistently professional.<br><br>A particular thank?you to the team at Branch Road, and to Sebastian Sookermany, whose support was invaluable from start to finish. I can strongly recommend them.

DO NOT trust this company if you are a renter. We moved into a flat with the stated intention of living there longterm, and as soon as we moved in, there were serious and major safety issues (exploding plug sockets, broken appliances, dangerous floor-level windows that opened to a sheer fall).
Despite our intention to stay longterm, the landlord clearly had no intention of actually doing his job. He was slow and unresponsive on high-priority repairs, and the HSC staff were little help. He put the house on sale within a few months of living there, then issued a no-fault eviction notice, which rendered most of our time in the flat into a de facto show home.
Aside from the general rudeness and incompetence of the staff, it is crystal clear to me that — if you are a renter — Hurford Salvi Carr have no interest in you, other than to siphon as much money out of you as possible.
Avoid at all costs.
