DO NOT trust this company if you are a renter. We moved into a flat with the stated intention of living there longterm, and as soon as we moved in, there were serious and major safety issues (exploding plug sockets, broken appliances, dangerous floor-level windows that opened to a sheer fall).
Despite our intention to stay longterm, the landlord clearly had no intention of actually doing his job. He was slow and unresponsive on high-priority repairs, and the HSC staff were little help. He put the house on sale within a few months of living there, then issued a no-fault eviction notice, which rendered most of our time in the flat into a de facto show home.
Aside from the general rudeness and incompetence of the staff, it is crystal clear to me that — if you are a renter — Hurford Salvi Carr have no interest in you, other than to siphon as much money out of you as possible.
Avoid at all costs.

We are international buyers and were looking for our first flat in London, so we really needed someone who could walk us through how things work here. Benjamin gave us a clear explanation of the whole UK process right from the start, which was a huge help.
Since we were flying in from abroad, we had a very tight window to see the place. Benjamin was incredibly accommodating, squeezing in our viewing on the one day we were actually in the country.
He recommended a great solicitor to help speed things up and handled all the communication with the seller for us. Because of that, we didn't even need to meet the seller in person; the entire exchange was done remotely, aside from the initial viewing which we wanted to do ourselves.
Even though there were some delays before the exchange and the whole thing took a while, Benjamin was there every step of the way. He was always reachable by phone and very quick to reply to emails. After completion, he even went to the flat to take videos and photos of the meters for us. He also gave us some solid recommendations for contractors so we could start renovations immediately. Truly went above and beyond!

As a buyer, we have had an exemplary service from Omar Jumaili at HSC. he has kept us fully informed and acted in a professional but personal manner throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble and its been a pleasure to deal with him. Based on our experience we would highly recommend Omar and HSC.
