I tried 3 local estate agents but they did nothing but waste my time sending people round that haven’t even got there mortgage in place yet just to make there figures look good you would think it would be the best way to go to your local estate agent but obviously not I AM Real are fantastic arranged viewings with the appropriate buyers there always kept in touch with daily updates sold my house couldn’t recommend these people enough such helpful and lovely people Beverley Cannings

From snappy sharp promotional videos to professional photos and marketing, to open house and constant updates via WhatsApp! Ismail is the true definition and experience of an agent that all should be. No fake talk, no over promising or patronising, just genuine honest input and guidance. We could not fault I AM. A truly refreshing experience.
I am not a fan of estate agents, I can't say that many people would be, but I can honestly say that in I AM REAL ESTATE, I have found a reliable and trustworthy partner.
Meeting Mehmet for the first time, I explained that my previous experiences at selling my flat were all very negative and I was expecting a different service from them. Mehmet set the tone perfectly from day one, explaining that the service I will receive is not typical of the estate agent model that has become the accepted norm, but will instead be based entirely on truth, honesty, and with our goals firmly set as the number 1 priority.
Every promise made by Mehmet in that initial meeting was kept, and expectations were exceeded far beyond what I thought possible. After drumming up a short period of interest in the property, we held an open day which was well attended and saw 2 offers reecieved within 3 weeks of being on the market.
Once an offer had been accepted, Mehmet continued with keeping clear lines of communication open throughout the sale process to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible, despite the inevitable bumps along the way. For me, there will never be another person who I would want to work with to sell my property, and actually look forward to the process and working with Mehmet again.

I AM Real Estate met and exceeded my expectations of customer service and negotiation skills.
Ismail and Mehmet of I AM Real Estate were introduced to me through an individual I met on LinkedIn. Having tried a conventional route of using major High Street Estate Agencies, I received little communication and effort from the major brands. They were disinterested and unmotivated in selling my property. Whereas with I AM Real Estate, the response rate was extremely high on our open day due to good marketing and great communication skills from Ismail.
I AM Real Estate kept me informed throughout the process, all emails, texts answered.
Within 10 days, our open day received 25+ enquiries, 15+ viewers and 4 parties making offers. Ismail was able to negotiate an offer which reflected the value of the property. I took a big risk in marketing my E London property with an agent that predominantly deals with properties in SE London and the initial borders of Kent, however it definitely paid off.

Probably the best experience of booking a viewing etc as a tenant. Ismail is friendly and very approachable. Registering to view the property was easy and onsite Ismail was ready to respond to any queries. I would recommend Ismail to any landlord looking for a professional and efficient agent to secure a tenant promptly! BTW I ended up going with another property, nothing to do with Ismail, just circumstances, but I wanted to recommend him nevertheless.
