A truly refreshing experience.
I am not a fan of estate agents, I can't say that many people would be, but I can honestly say that in I AM REAL ESTATE, I have found a reliable and trustworthy partner.
Meeting Mehmet for the first time, I explained that my previous experiences at selling my flat were all very negative and I was expecting a different service from them. Mehmet set the tone perfectly from day one, explaining that the service I will receive is not typical of the estate agent model that has become the accepted norm, but will instead be based entirely on truth, honesty, and with our goals firmly set as the number 1 priority.
Every promise made by Mehmet in that initial meeting was kept, and expectations were exceeded far beyond what I thought possible. After drumming up a short period of interest in the property, we held an open day which was well attended and saw 2 offers reecieved within 3 weeks of being on the market.
Once an offer had been accepted, Mehmet continued with keeping clear lines of communication open throughout the sale process to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible, despite the inevitable bumps along the way. For me, there will never be another person who I would want to work with to sell my property, and actually look forward to the process and working with Mehmet again.
