My property went on the market for sale in July last year and sadly I received very little feedback on potential buyers from my then estate agent. With an input from my brother we decided that I should change my estate agent. We found John Kingston and immediately felt a breath of fresh air, we both thought that they were extremely competent and professional . They already had a potential buyer who then decided to take steps to acquire the property.
The John Kingston website showing the property was excellent. The detailed information given was accurate and overall top class in my opinion.
The sale went through in a timely manner with no hiccups thanks to the sales team at John Kingston, hence my rating of five stars out of five.

I’ve used John Kingston on two occasions now and can’t recommend them highly enough. The team are extremely professional, friendly and make what is a very stressful process easy and as pain free as possible. From doing a phenomenal job listing my property, to arranging the viewings and finally hand holding through the sale process, they are an excellent agency to deal with.

I have had dealings with John Kingston Estate Agents on and off over the last 7 years, I have always been given good advice, trying to sell a property through Brexit, and latterly the Covid crisis both of which have affected the property market.
They have been very responsive, helpful and professional and in the end this resulted in a very good sale

Can not recommend the team at John Kingston highly enough. We had our house listed with them for 4 months (after being with another non high street agent with no support for the preceeding 3 months) and they were nothing but helpful, professional and supportive the entire time. Although due to a change of circumstances we had to halt our sale, we will not hesitate to go back to them when we are ready to sell again. Michael, and all the team at JK, really are knowledgeable and proactive in all aspects of house selling/buying! Thank you all!

Amazing, fantastic, empathetic, efficient, swift, understanding, good humoured, cheerful.... I could go on and on. Alex, Fiona and Vicky were brilliant and I still can't get over how quick and prompt they were in responding to everything. They were great to talk to and very reassuring when the stress of buying a house would get to us!! I honestly can't recommend them highly enough, they really do go the extra mile with helping.

John Kingston’s in Sevenoaks sold my house in the direst of times ie Brexit AND Corona. They did what 3
other local agencies could do and managed an exchange and completion when Government urged people to wait.
In particular, the ladies headed by Vicky are all equally
fabulous. Their determination, confidence in my home and their diligence never faltered and they managed to keep my spirits up through the rocky patches and let downs.
They approach each house sale on a very personal level and make sure your home will sell. Nothing is too hard for them and I cannot recommend John Kingston’s enough.

From instruction to sale we found the team at John Kingston exceptional. Friendly and informative, happy to recommend solicitors and surveyors, nothing was too much trouble. We reached a crucial stage in our chain and it became a little stressful to say the least. However with Vicky, Alex, Lisa and the rest of the team guiding us, the goal of completing became easy. A very highly recommended company.

We had first tried a national chain of estate agents in Sevenoaks to sell our house.
Who were terrible. So we changed agents to John Kingston. They advised us to increase the price a little and then they made every effort to get viewings. What was impressive was that not only did they email to tell you who they were showing round but without fail they always gave feed back. Once we had a customer they followed up every detail and nothing was too much trouble. The service from the whole team
was exemplary. Having bought and sold over 15 houses over the years using different agents around the country I can honestly say John Kingston were head and shoulders above all of them. Congratulations to them and a big thank you as we completed on our sale today.
