Found Hamptons as Managing Agents to be fine during tenancy. However, I have found them unfair, unreasonable, unprofessional, lacking in professional integrity and complicit in misrepresentation within a schedule of damages and compensation due from a tenants deposit. Items outside of a tenants legal obligations as far as repair included illegitimately inflating costs claimed.... Read more

Hamptons have been incredibly helpful throughout the sale of my house. I really feel they went above and beyond - liaising with the buyer and the solicitors on both sides, keeping the process moving, handling issues quickly, communicating regularly etc. Christian and Laura in particular were fantastic. We then had some unforeseen issues with our own sale, and Christian and Laura were amazing at keeping all parties in the chain engaged and communicating. They were always available for advice and really understood the pressures each party was facing and were instrumental in getting the deals done in as short a timeframe as possible. Fantastic service from Christian, Laura, Sarah and the Team, can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism, always went above and beyond with great advice on selling our house, dealing with the buyers and surveys and negotiating a great selling price (higher than the other estates agents in the area quoted) always available and always called back with answers to questions, can’t recommend them enough, I wouldn’t pick any other estate agents in Sevenoaks (and we tried a few)...
