Break their appointments 5 minutes before they due.
We agreed to sign the contract at 10am and, when I was heading the agency, he phoned me at 9:55am and told me the flat was already rented to someone that came a few minutes earlier.
I do not recommend anybody to refer to this agency, as they treat their customers unfairly.

I spoke to Melissa in your office and I was very impressed as she was totally 'on the ball'
Inn London Valued my house in Lake view 5 months ago. and I required an updated valuation. I was pleasantly surprised that this friendly young lady remembered me a and was able to remember the property.
The updated valuation was e mailed to me in 15mins.
Now thats what I call service. Full marks Highly recommended
