EDIT: I've moved out after almost 5 years. Through my tenancy and including ending the tenancy, I've received a sterling service from Cosway, especially Jeremy. The selling of the flat was dealt by Natalie who's been super considerate of my schedules and kept the disruption to a minimum.
My rating remains at 5 stars and I can only recommend Cosway Estates.

Ory Halpetin who I now know is one of the partners was slagging my friend off behind her back - he is not to be trusted in any way shape or form. The vocabulary used I can’t say on here but he was very offensive. My uncle went to confront him but he ran away like a little child.

After a terrible experience with a competing agency, I contacted Jeremy at Cosway via a recommendation.
Cosway picked the keys up from the other agency, photographed the property and had it online within hours and there were already viewings lined up for the next day.
Cosway were proactive, with excellent communication and managed to generate several viewings and 3 offers within 2 weeks.
During the course of 2 weeks I dealt mostly with Jeremy with some communications from Mark, both of which came across professional and knowledgeable of the market.

Having had my property on the market for a number of months with a few local agents, despite a significant number of viewings from some (and complete lack of viewings from others), there was never any genuine interest and as a result no offers put forward.
Having found a house that my wife and I didn't want to lose out on, we instructed Cosway to market my property, with both Ory and Mark acting on this instruction the same day. Within 2 weeks we had a vast number of viewings and ultimately were able to present what was an acceptable offer. We are now a further 6 weeks down the line, we have exchanged contracts and are due to complete on both properties next week.
All in all, throughout the relatively short process I found Ory and Mark to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive when it came to providing us with regular and more important relevant feedback on viewings as well as on the progress of the sale. I would have no hesitation in using Cosway again and would strongly recommend that anyone who is considering selling, to get in touch with them!

I must say that the agents and in particular David was very helpful in what has to be the most stressfull experience of my life. I'm not sure why solicitors are paid a fee when I would have been more than happy to pay this fee to David!!. As an agent his communication was in a timely manner, he was committed and when he said he would call back, he definitely called back. David ensured that all parties were talking and the Sale was moving along and where it wasn't he followed this up and 10/10 times I had a result within 48 hours. If I sell my property i would definitely go through Cosway. On the day of completion I went into the office whereby Jordan was dealing with me, another polite and professional agent. Unfortunately Jordan had to deal with a slightly rude vendor, but he dealt with the situation in a professional and calm manner which made me feel at ease. I had a great experience with Cosway estates. They offered an excellent service and competitive rate. Mr Jeremy Plaskow has been very helpful, responsive and very professional. I highly recommend the Cosway States. I bought and let a property through the Cosway estate, very pleased. If you are planning to buy, let or manage a property in Mill Hill definitely go to Cosway Estates, you wont be disappointed.

Lied to me several times on serious key issues - dates, chain, etc - during the purchase process, and then failed to answer any subsequent correspondence since completion.

My girlfriend and I had an offer accepted on a property three months ago. We were told we needed to pay a noteworthy deposit to the vendor which Cosway would hold on their behalf and that without this we could not move forward with the purchase. Reluctantly we agreed. Sadly, the vendor proved to be unhinged and never had any intention of selling the property and after two months with no progress we were forced to pull out of the sale.
As frustrating as this was for us both emotionally (we had moved out of our rental property and were living with family) and financially (we had spent approximately £2,000 on surveys and conveyancing), to make matters worse it became apparent that Cosway had not informed the vendor that they had taken a deposit despite making us sign and return a legal document to them. Only after four weeks of extreme legal pressure from both our and the vendor’s solicitor in addition to contacting the police, did they return it to us. Their lack of ethical standards is startling; they have absolutely no regard for anyone but themselves.
This has been a horrible experience for us and has severely consumed our lives - we would strongly discourage any potential buyers or sellers from dealing with Cosway in the future.

The sales team will tell you what you want to hear. Typical estate agent talk. One young negotiator was stroking my arm and being very fake. Pretending to take an interest my son. Clear to see they are only after a sale for their commission. Not people who have real genuine social skills!

Terrible. Severe lack of communication, need several prompts before anything gets done, if ever. We have had to ignore problems in the property as the stress of dealing with cosway isnt worth it, but note that they are always on top form when they need their fees paying. Landlords and tenants beware.

Cosway are a great team of experienced people! They sold my house for me and the process was smooth and stress-free. I will definitely visit Cosway in the future if I find myself on the move again and I definitely recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to give them a call or go into their office, they are extremely friendly and polite, I felt taken care of throughout the entire transaction. 5 stars!

As a Landlord, I highly recommend Cosway Estates in letting out your property and to manage it too. They have always found me excellent tenants for my 3 properties. The staff there are very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Communication is first class. Cosway Estates are the number one agents in Mill Hill for renting.

Shocking agency! The worst estate agency I have ever come across.
Full of hidden fees at check in and check out, and they simply don't reply to your emails and calls unless they need to get money from you. On top of that they will trick you to pay extra fees at the check out.
If you are looking to rent, stay away from cosway!!

You are treated and dealt as a top priority. They will even call you, answer your emails and I think Cosway Estate Agents are one of those very few honest estate agents in London now! My mother bought a property from Cosway Estates Mill Hill branch and they were very helpful. They helped her purchase the property with few difficulties, and the staff were very easy to contact and were understanding of the type of property she desired. They were very professional and provided useful advice. They also rented out the property to a professional couple / tenant. I would definitely recommend using them when buying or renting out a property in the future.

I visited Cosway Estates when I started my house search.
They immediately made me feel that I was in professional and safe hands and understood my requirements for my future home.
The sales team were very attentive to my requirements and even offered me off market properties which were of interest.
Sadly I did not purchase through them, however I do wish that the property that I found (out of their operating area) was bought through them as their service was impeccable.
I would always recommend them!

I would highly recommend Cosway Estate Agents. I gave Cosway my property as another agent we’re not performing after a month of marketing my property, Cosway took the property on and within 2days found me a tenant paying top rent and the whole transaction went smoothly as they kept me updated throughout the whole process from the tenants putting a deposit down and going through references etc. They recommended cleaners and handy men for little jobs needing doing before the tenants moved in and I have to say the whole process was Supurb.
