Jeremy was brilliant throughout the process of trying to sell our house. Both Jeremy and Emma were efficient polite, generous with their time, had great knowledge of the area and true to their word. I have recently bought through Godfrey & Barr in Hampstead Garden Suburb.

It was a long and complex sale of c. 9 months and during the process I dealt with Jonathan Barr and Emma Law as my main contacts, but whne they were on leave, Ian Godfrey and Jeremy Fine.

So I am definitely in a position to comment on the Firm.

I am also an agent myself, specialising in commercial in Central London so I speak from a position of knowledge.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Godfrey and Barr,

They came up 5 stars on all fronts - knowledge, integrity, deal-making nous and pure graft and effort.

I'd certainly use them when i come to sell or require the services of a residential estate agent again.

I have recently purchased my new home through Godfrey & Barr and could not recommend them highly enough. I first dealt with Josh, an enthusiastic and knowledgeable agent who helped us find our perfect property. I also worked closely with Jonathan Barr throughout the process. As a partner, he was keen to get involved and help ensure a smooth process, which ultimately gave us the result we all wanted. Moving homes can be very stressful, but having agents who go out their way to help makes the whole process much easier.
