After contacting several Estate Agents with regard to renting out a house I found James Charles the most professional and accommodating. Fees were discussed and set. Within two days the house was being viewed, two weeks later all interviews references had been done and my tenant moved in. They had found me the perfect tenant suitable to my home. Correspondence and customer service has been excellent, keeping me informed at all times and resolving any issues immediately. Seen a decent amount of hate for this company on here. Can only speak for my own experience so if you are going to use them I’d recommend you specify to go through Liam. I'm totally dissapointed from Liam who isn't proffesional at all ! He wasted our time as mislead us as said that the offer has been accepted and told us to proceed and arrange a mortgage and when everything has been done one day before the lander send surveyor to valued the property ,he called me and said that the vendor gave up from the offer because he's got higher offer. After the offer has been accepted they didn't take off from the market !!! And at the end he said that the company that the vendor hired to run the sale not listening him! Absolutely unprofessional justification, this agency doesn't protect their customers who want to stend a thousends! Strongly not recomend them, especially this guy LIAM.... Read more

Absolutely disgusting service , took our fees found us a dodgy landlord that won't fix problems within the property. Potentially could be homeless but all they say is sorry they can't do anything other than charge us all the fees again which we payed for 4 months ago. Family with 3 children and they don't care! Never will we use this estate agents again.... Read more
