Tim was highly efficient and honest with us from the start. We had previously listed with a large estate agent in the area and received very poor service, with no offers after 8 months. After listing with Tim we had an offer within a month. He got our listing up very quickly, and we had confidence from knowing that he was handling viewings personally. Can't thank Tim and his team enough. We are now in our new home after a long 7 months but Tim was always there with updates and support and letting us re visit the house more than was probably required and got us through our house sale too even with a few bumps along the way

Such a personalised service from Tim @ Robinsons. Purchased a property that was listed, was a complicated transaction due to probate further up the chain and having to find a new buyer for my old property however through patience and prompt communication and a good solicitor second time round I’ve ended up with my forever home ???? Highly recommend Tim who was open honest and available whenever advice was needed. ????
