Stephen Gray's behaviour has left me deeply disappointed. While he can be charming when it comes to collecting money, his reluctance to return my deposit was truly frustrating, taking a lot longer than it should have. During the initial property viewing, he failed to show up, leaving the landlord to handle the viewings. Furthermore, when it came time to move out, I was burdened with conducting the viewings myself. This experience was far from satisfactory, I would stay away from this man at all costs.... Read more

Unprofessional. Scheduled a specific time and showed up late by more than 50 minutes. He would message me every 5 minutes saying he is 5 minutes away, bear in mind it was -5°C at the time so me and my colleague were freezing outside waiting for him just because he couldn’t be honest about his ETA. Also he only answered to 25% of our questions about the house. Extreme lack of knowledge for someone that is showing you the house. He also turned the heaters on in the entire house before we got in and then turned it off when we walked in. We commented on how warm the house was although no heaters were on, he didn’t correct us as that was his intention. Dishonest person, no respect for his customers.... Read more

Stephen Gray is a crook. He acted very friendly until it was moving out time. He'll do anything not to give you you're deposit back even when house has been cleaned and proof of all bills paid shown. When we moved in he showed us kitchen bulbs that didn't work and he told us not to worry about them, when we moved out he detucted money for each individual bulb. Got about half of the deposit back eventually after a month. Avoid!!... Read more
