We recently became first time buyers via Leaders and whilst the process was stressful the Legends that are Sue and Claire were there every step of the way. From the initial viewing with Claire and her support and guidance through the next steps through to Sue who went above and beyond working way later than anyone should be to help ensure everyone was happy throughout the process. We cannot thank them enough. And a special mention to Sue for her kindness, patience and generosity whilst answering our manyyyy questions - she definitely deserves a holiday after that. Excellent estate agents! We used Leaders Kings Norton for the Sale of my parents property.
Both Mark & Robin were excellent in helping to guide the Sale in the right direction & select the best option of Buyer for us!
Once the offer was accepted Sue took over the management of the Sale to completion.
Sue was outstanding in helping to draw a challenging sale at times to a close!

Thank you so much for an absolutely excellent service all round. All staff were great and always at hand when needed. A big shout out to Claire. Claire was the reason why we decided to go with Leaders. Professional from the off set compared to the other three estate agents we spoke to on that initial first day we decided to sell Mum's house. Leaders were the most expensive by far but the initial impression Claire gave really instilled a level of confidence in me. This confidence and high level of support was most certainly carried through the whole of the process from sale to completion, and it was a pleasure to do business with you.
Thank you Leaders and especially a very big shout out to Claire and Damon for a consistent, excellent, service, attention to detail and for all the professionalism shown.

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Claire for a sale and purchase. The agency was top notch when it came to helping us get to our forever home and from finding a buyer less than 3 days after coming on market to assisting us to get our beautiful new home.

I used Leaders for both my purchase and sale. I can't compare other agents because I only used Leaders but Claire listened to my preferences on the purchase and then booked a lot of people for viewings of the sale. Everything went through smoothly.

Had a much better experience with Leaders than other estate agents. So many others just turn up (late) and just let you in and don't really do much. Claire listened to our needs and recommended the place I just bought and that the whole family loves.
Also, as a first time buyer who doesn't like conflict, Sue was fantastic for leading me through what had to be done and for chasing up all the solicitors.
Both are also decent people that you can talk to. It might sound silly, but we're so glad Leaders are getting the commission and not somewhere else.

I recently purchased my first home through Leaders and found the whole process streamlined and efficient. Sue Carter was appointed as my liaison, and I was constantly reassured and at ease by her friendly and helpful nature. She always had time to answer my questions, however ridiculous, and whenever she didn't feel in the best position to help, she found someone who could. An example of this was referring me to her colleague Mark Kelsall regarding survey findings. Without any prompting from me, Mark spoke to the vendors and arranged further investigations and then took the time to visit the property with me and to discuss the results of the tests. I found the experience with Leaders Kings Norton personal...I wasn't just treated like an opportunity to sell, but as a person. I felt they really appreciated my apprehensions as a first time buyer.

Disgusting place and disgusting people. Kicked out my nan and grandad to apparently put the house up for sale, to then rent the property a few months later after kicking them out onto the street.
