We bought a house through Leaders, which completed this week. We were particularly impressed with Sue, who is the Move Manager and helped a lot when things got bogged down in a tricky chain. She was really proactive and I think our purchase would have been significantly delayed without her. Thanks to all at Leaders.

My experience with Leaders Kings Norton as a whole has been amazing from the start of the process of looking for a house.
When I moved in I was assigned Mahema as my property manager and I can honestly say she has done an amazing job from day one, supporting me with any of my questions or needs and her reply time is always impeccable! Massive shout out and thank you to you Mahema, you’re a legend!
Also want to talk about my inspector Pavandeep I believe, he was amazing from the second I opened the door. Offered me reassurance as I had never done this process before, made me feel comfortable and at ease and as a person with mental health this is a big thing for me. Even complimented me on making the house a home which made me very happy!

I would highly recommend Natalie Mitchell, property manager at Leaders. Natalie has been excellent as the property manager of our property over the last 3 years. Natalie has been very efficient and responsive and has been a pleasure to deal with.

I have had my property managed by Leaders for a number of years. I find the landlords portal really easy to use and the service is always quick.
In particular Mahema on the property management team is someone I rely on as she is helpful and knowledgeable on all my issues. She is very quick to respond and always professional in her dealings.
She is very pragmatic on answering queries or worries that I have , I always feel confident when she is dealing with any issues regarding my property .

If I could put zero stars, I would. From being made to pay rent for a full month when I moved in on the 11th, to lies about damages that was caused by leaking roof and people who did repairs. Contract saying landlord was responsible for bills and the agent signing me up to pay the electricity bill..I am glad moved out when I did. I feel sorry for their future victims
