Absolutely fantastic customer service. I had got my mortgage sorted from their in house mortgage advisor Rikki and he was amazing. We were struggling getting a good mortgage as my mom was elderly and we weren't getting a good rate but Rikki managed to get us a good amount. He explained the whole procedure to us and left us at ease. During the process, we had some difficulties with our solicitors. As it was out first time buying a house and we didn't understand some paper work or what was happening next and would email/ring Rikki and he would reply as soon as explaining to us what everything meant and what to do at each stage. We bought a house through Dixons Kings Norton, and cannot stress how wonderful and helpful Korron was throughout the entire process. She was always very easy to reach, went the extra mile to help with any queries, and helped us put pressure on solicitors to speed up the process whenever it slowed down. She seemed to genuinely care about the vendor of the house we bought and seemed very kind. The house we bought required a lot of work and Korron wanted to make absolutely sure we knew what we were taking on, especially so that the vendor's time wasn't wasted. After the sale was agreed she continued being incredibly helpful with our questions, so we could hit the ground running with renovations after completion. We used dixons and had Rikki Walton help us with our mortgage, he was amazing, made all the steps into getting our mortgage easy and gave us loads of options and explained everything, so even us with not much experience could understand. He was always able to answer our calls if we had any questions and a genuine friendly nice guy. Anyone looking for mortgage advice I’d recommend Rikki straight away .... Read more

I can highly recommend Dixons at Kings Norton after recently selling my family home when 3 different buyers dropped out. Korron and the team worked hard and made new viewings virtually straight away. They guided me through the process from the beginning with professionalism and patience - always on the end of a phone if i needed and quick to respond to emails. The process was stressful at times but they supported me through it with kindness and understanding always checking in to see if i was ok. Step By Step Rikki took the time to understand my financial situation and helped me find the best mortgage product that suited my needs. Rikki helped break down the various options available to me. Eg Mortgage Lenders ,Rates , Use Of My Help To Buy Isa , Income Protection Insurance ,Building And Contents Insurance etc Rikki was transparent about all potential costs and risks, which made me feel confident in the decisions I was making. I highly recommend Dixons services from Kings Norton brunch. Korron and Emily were a great support on the overall process. Emily more on the beginning with the property viewings and Korron following up with all the paper work and the communication with solicitors.
