Selling a house can obviously be quite a stressful time but dealing with Jo and Michael and the rest of the team at JH made the whole process very easy and straightforward. They sold my house within a week of it going on the market and kept me informed on progress at every stage until completion. They were telling me that they are much more established in the lettings market but I can't believe they won't soon be major players in sales too. After moving back to Manchester from London, I was desperately looking for somewhere to live. I'd seen dozens of properties with other letting agencies and even put my name down for a couple but never heard back from then and some were quite rude when I started to chase. I then found a rental property with JH Lettings who, I have to say, were simply amazing from the outset. Totally professional, communicated with me throughout the entire process of moving into the property. Understood my requirements and extremely easy to talk with. I remember standing in the office in Tottington having a good chinwag with them both and they were super friendly. Had a couple of issues with the property upon moving in (no fault of JH Lettings) and they jumped on it straight away and got it sorted without me feeling like I was troubling them. We have recently dealt with JH lettings when looking to rent. We found our ideal home and they looked after us from beginning to end. Because we fell in love with the house so much it became a nerve wracking time waiting to hear that it was ours but johanne put my mind at rest by assuring us that they were there to help people get into homes and if there were any problems they would look for a way around it. I recommend JH Lettings wholeheartedly. In my experience some letting agents treat their rental customers as second class citizens compared to buying/selling business.
