David, Nicola and the Team at John Brown Estate Agents offer a highly professional and efficient service. They offer a fantastic property sales service and they manage our rental property portfolio very effectively. All rents are collected and paid to us with no issues, the properties are continuously monitored and checked and they make sure all paperwork and legal documentation is in place. All queries are responded to very promptly and they are a pleasure to deal with. I would most definitely recommend them to my friends, colleges and clients. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I would highly recommend John Browns ,they are one of the few who still have that personal touch.
They ,handled my house sale brilliantly even though I was miles away in North Wales nothing was too much trouble and a special thank you to Nicola and David .

David and Nicola sold our house for asking price in 1 day and with what turned out to be a stressful process due to the property we were purchasing- they were always on hand to make the process go through as smoothly as possible, can’t recommend them enough.

I can honestly say I would not have survived my house move process without John Brown Estate agents. Nicola in particular was amazing at navigating procedures and was extremely responsive to my needs. She acted as a go between for myself and the solicitors and helped us get answers when no one else was responding. I would highly recommend

I cannot praise John Browns Estate Agents highly enough for their patience, understanding and professionalism over the sale of a house that became much more challenging than it needed to be. Loads of viewings arranged and 3 buyers secured (2 pulled out), 1 after the other. David was excellent but I reserve the highest praise for Nicola who went way above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend this company without hesitation
