Have used them many times in the past but they are no longer a professional auction house 0 customer service and when they make mistakes they will not talk to you I was sent wrong items and I've had no response from phone (not working at the moment) and the online chat is a joke and bigger joke is emailing there sale room not happy.

Nearly everything they sell is junk and not fit for purpose, they should be put out of business and prosicuted for FRAUD

Firstly when buying from here always assume that the item is a faulty return, as that's the case 9 times out of 10.. and never assume that there's anything like customer service.. ive been waiting 2 weeks for a delivery and the phone lines aren't active and the people operating the online chat will ignore you rather than help

Some bargains to be had but watch your bidding due to adding buying fees and vat on top which comes to somewhere around 42% on top of purchase price! , good items and bad as some are ex display etc others are damaged return's

Brought a vehicle and it had stolen parts on it and these guys want nothing to do with it saying it was sold as see. Be VERY CAREFUL

John is suppose to be all electronic market warehouse but the goods access viewing protocols ought to be reviewed for easy business access sake.

John Pye - absolute disgrace. I don’t know why they are still in trade. Selling broken stuff Half the time. Waited for 2 weeks to get vehicle deposit. A girl call Zoey in Support line was an absolute waste of space. Confirmed the deposit refund will be returned and rang today and they haven’t still done it. They play wit people’s money.
