WARNING !!!!!!! BIGGEST LIARS, SCAMMERS, THUGS & THIEVES. DO READ TILL THE END. Me and my girlfriend moved into this super plush building in a canary wharf called the Wardian. On the first night in the apartment, a sewage pipe broke flooding the entire apartment with Sewage from other apartments. Being new international students we were stuck in that apartment full of sewage waste for 3 days before Johns and CO could move us to some other place in peak winter covid. That some other place where we were moved was so unsafe that on the first night someone grabbed my girlfriends hand in the elevator and pushed her to come with her - Response from Johns & Co, call the cops but that's the place where we can offer you to stay. We stayed in that temp apartment offered by them for a month scared to death that what do we have to face next. In the process of sewage and expansion, we were told that we would be compensated for the loss which we have incurred since most of our stuff was filled with Sewage waste and water. The entire case has been half a year down, still no response from Johns & Co. My worst experience in LONDON. Would never recommend anyone to contact JOHNS & CO. Remember it's just a big name to RIP you off your entire life savings and then bullying and harassing for the next six months payments again. I will never get involved with such a petty company ever again. I wish I could write every bit of my experience with them but words are not enough, although I have been tackling with their superior management (which is again useless) team that also does not have answers for anything. I'll be moving ahead with some legal advice now. But this is to warn everyone before they get into anything. Also to Johns & CO, I don't want you to reply because I know your automated reply will be : Dear Tanuj, We strive to provide an excellent level of service to all of our customers and your experience is not at all indicative of the service we pride ourselves on. A very impressive space. I attended for a conference and was impressed with the arena. Plenty of food options line the outer ring of the arena, and a small portion is actually a mall with some options for shopping. There are so many choices, but I'd avoid the place with Slug in the name. Can someone explain this to an American? I would never go a restaurant with the word slug in the name. Starbucks in the main entryway is a very busy place, but was my morning routine while attending the conference. Inside the arena proper, you have a variety of seating areas. The 100 levels have relatively large seats with plenty of legroom. I was actually surprised by how comfortable I was in these areas. Up higher in the 400s, you'll have less space, but great views. Be careful standing up, especially if you have problems with vertigo. I didn't enjoy the upper levels, and mostly remained seated during sessions when I was seated up top. There is a clear security presence in the arena during events, and I am thankful that these people are alert and aware. Outside the arena, there are also many shops and space for walking. It made for nice breaks in between sessions. Easy to get to on the jubilee line, you won't have a problem getting in or out of the arena area.... Read more

NEVER AGAIN JOHNS & CO!!! we have been in our apartment 1 month ago and we found that the wine cooler was broken and the heating was malfunctioning! We are in winter season, we have a baby daughter of 3 months, we have pay 6 months in advance and Johns & Co (nine elms office) doesn’t want to do the repairs....! My lawyer will take care of it....!!!!... Read more

Decent little outlet centre.. Could do with more shops selection (also Holland and Barrett is not an outlet). Wasn't too busy on the weekend. Overall had a fun day out. A few decent places to eat out there too. PS Nike selection wasn't great however.... Read more
