After 8 months, I have to say, The renting experience with Johns&Co is the worst of the worst experience ever in my life with a real estate agency.
The first day we moved in, we reported a bunch of issues: the hob wasn’t working properly, a few lights weren’t working, the washing machine wasn’t working, the oven wasn’t working… until this very day, the hob is still not working properly, the lights are still the same, the washing machine is broken again, they told us to fix it ourselves???????I’ve given up on trying to communicate with them, because every single person in this company, from top to bottom, no body gives a shi*t about the tenants. I never regretted anything in my life, but I regretted that I trusted Johns & Co with my life ???? We just want to live here peacefully and do not want to cause any problems, but they don’t let us????
We left a review on Trust Pilot shortly after we moved in and they tried to make it disappear and said it wasn’t true???? so we had to provide all the information for trustpilot to keep it.
Oh, and before we moved in, we viewed another flat in the same building on the second floor, I asked the guy if there was AC in the flat, he said “yes, and you can control it through your phone”, we were very excited, because we assumed every apartment had air conditioners. However, after we moved in, we didn’t find anything that looked like an AC unit, asked Johns and Co, they said I shouldn’t have assumed that every apartment would have AC, only some luxury apartments have it. ???? I asked our neighbours, they said only 8th floor and above have AC???? so we know who’s lying. ????????????
I’ve seen some people say this company doesn’t give deposits back to tenants. I will have to pray every day from now on so I can get my deposit back????
Anyway, please avoid this company at all cost, and hope nobody gets bullied by them again ????... Read more
