Constantly calling me today. Told them countless times I have no idea who they are, who Megan is or why they even have my number. Blocked one number so they started calling me from a different number, blocked that too. Nuisance calls

Jordan Fishwick have been letting and managing our property for 5 years. Very happy with the service provided. They alway find new tenants quickly, they manage all maintenance and repairs efficiently and they are always easy to reach on the phone. Would definitely recommend them.

I wanted to leave a review just to express my appreciation. Disclaimer: I have not rented with Jordan Fishwick, however I considered one of their properties (decided not to go ahead as I chose somewhere else). Compared with the terrible experiences I had with most other agencies (e.g. ghosting, poor treatment, exclusionary and arguably discriminatory rules), my experience with them (Nick Wan in particular) was very smooth. They were professional, polite, clearly explained everything and followed up on my request. It is sad that we've got to a point where basic professionalism seems so unusual, but I guess those who still choose to treat (potential) customers as human beings deserve recognition at least.

Having just moved into a rented property, the Jordan Fishwick team have been incredibly helpful and quick in answering my questions. Tom was extremely helpful in resolving problems I had with the online tenancy portal and finding a workaround.

I rent a property managed by Jordan Fishwick. Thomas who completes the inspections is always really helpful and ensures any maintenance issues are fixed quickly usually on the same day if possible

We approached Jordan Fishwick in Manchester office, but despite providing the proof of funds they have refused our bank documents as valid evidence and didn’t want to arrange any viewings. This is the first time in over 20 years in investing in properties when the estate agent doesn’t care about the buyers, so we will just take our money elsewhere.

Always get excellent service from Jordan Fishwick. They look after our apartment in Manchester with regular visits/inspections and ensure that it is always up to standard. They let us know if anything needs to be done and then manage the process on our behalf.

By far the most pathetic excuses for letting agents in Manchester, stay away at all cost. Pure incompetence spearheaded by Katie in this office, unprofessional rude management, left my flat as a building site for over 9 months whilst fixing a basic leak. Absolute joke.
Edit: The flat was not left untidy or clean at all, once again a pathetic excuse from miserable excuses for people.

I had difficulties in finding a place to stay, and I dropped by Jordan fishwick at 68 Whitworth St. Emanuel Silva served me. He helped me with many options on how to stay at a place convenient to us (my family) and within our budgets. He was very helpful and courteous that I was obliged to give him this review so that I felt better and justified what he had done for me. Good work to Emanuel Silva, and pray God to bless him abundantly from today onwards.

Got a Flat with my Brother and super happy with my new home and the ease it was to do, big thanks to Chelsea who was amazing and extremely helpful every step of the way! This woman is a blessing to the company and deserves a pay rise with the way she was so compassionate and helped my dream and relieved me of so much stress to get a flat????

UPDATE (5th February, 2024):
Investigation into Chelsea Gardner's behaviour completed.
I now quote from Martin Moston, director of this appalling agency:
"Having formally reviewed your account with Chelsea and compared to her account, she advises she did swear at you once, for which she is frustrated at having let herself down, but refutes any other claim. Chelsea has advised this was in the ‘heat of the moment...'
It goes on...
"We have not had any other such complaints and the staff member in question has been working for us for 18 months with no question of character and excellent feedback on how they deal with clents..."
Additionally, not once did the investigation mention the cold calls from withheld numbers asking about my situation and they are going to "pop down to see me."
This started to happen straight after the abusive confrontation with Chelsea, which I told the investigating team about immediately.
It would seem that this abusive behaviour that people like Chelsea exhibit towards customers is actively endorsed by senior management of this disgraceful organisation. Chelsea has not even received a caution for her behaviour, with senior management taking her side of her deranged story. Plus, this company misuse personal information and go against GDPR legislation.
I will let readers of this review conclude whether to interact with this company or choose a more friendly, professional agency.
Original Incident: January 26, 2024.
Wow...where do I start?
I had two viewings booked today.
First viewing there was a mix up with postcodes by another employee, but I got there within the stipulated time, just for Chelsea to leave, even though I had fifteen minutes remaining and was at the correct place.
So I sent emails to Chelsea and the rest of the team, but they (especially Chelsea) can't seem to admit their mistakes or apologise.
I then had another viewing at 4:30pm, and arrived there by 4:20pm. I then received an email saying the viewing was cancelled. I phoned the office, and they said it was not cancelled and Chelsea would be there.
What happened next is unbelievable:
Chelsea arrives and I told her my name and viewing time. She said it was cancelled due to my conduct!!! I had already wasted a whole afternoon for both of these viewings, so questioned Chelsea's decision.
She then went ballistic and started screaming and shouting whilst calling me all the foul, discriminatory names you can image. It got to the point I had to walk away as she got in my face threatening to slap me and get 'bad men from Manchester' to sort me out!!!
She is one of the most disturbed and unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered.
Suffice to say, I have now lodged an official complaint. I implore you all to use a different estate agent and will update this review when the outcome of the complaint has been given.

I am using the Manchester Office of Jordan Fishwick to let and manage my property. The Property team have managed the renovation of the property across the last three months very effectively and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The property was let on its first viewing. Thanks to everyone on the Lettings team, I have no hesitation in recommending them to all landlords and tenants.
