The guy called Matt did not show in the viewing and asked for second one to be delayed for a week. When I checked rightmove I found out they raised the prices after I asked to see the property. Just run away from them.

Cancelled my booked appointment twice, both on the day of. Was told i'd have first refusal on the property. Viewed it, said i'll take it, they never sent me the application papers, after 4 days they told me someone else has taken it. They lie, and ghost, and really can't be trusted.

Booked for viewing almost a week before
No one called or turned up on the day, I kept ringing their office even though the closing time was 6 pm no one was picking up the phone
