What a fantastic experience me and my homemate had!

I had never used a letting agent before with regard to my UK properties and subsequently did not know what to expect.
I approached Bridgfords with a written enquiry and within 24 hours a member of their letting staff (Thomas Holland) contacted me with several available dates to view the property. Thomas very patiently explained the current rental market in Manchester and the various levels of service Bridgfords could offer.
There was no hard sell whatsoever and all that Thomas told me (based on his years of experience) I found both useful and informative.
Once agreed to lease, photos of my property were taken along with a video and it put on the market via Bridgfords various portals.
Within just 24 hours 3 independent tenants were interested in leasing my property.
I was then handed over to Daniel Bright in 'Lettings' who helped select who we thought would be the most ideal tenant. Being a landlord it can be worrying to lease a property fearing what state it may be left in and will the tenant pay the rent etc but all these risks were mitigated by Bridgfords doing their due diligence/background checks.
Unfortunately at this stage I suffered a sudden and severe health condition (heart attack) but in my forced absence both Thomas and Daniel pushed on (with very little help from me) to ensure my property was ready and that the tenants remained informed.
Thomas and Daniel were absolutely superb throughout.
Having to recoup from my illness with time in hospital both Thomas and Daniel together worked hard to remove a huge amount of workload and subsequent stress from me personally making the entire leasing process very simple and effortless.
I'm sure there are various other agencies that provide leasing services at competitive rates but I can't imagine they would come close to providing the level of care and service given me by Thomas and Daniel of Bridgfords (Manchester).
I can't recommend Bridgfords (Thomas and Daniel) enough, great couple of guys who supplied and truly excellent service.
