Hands down the best letting agency I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with many. Clear communications, friendly and just superb in general. Agent Andrew in Peckham J T Clarke was so helpful and there was excellent communication throughout my process in securing a property.

My friend and I were seriously let down by another landlord with the agreement falling through just 4 days before we were supposed to move in. We found a property up for rent by JT Clarke on Tuesday morning and spoke to Andrew on the phone - I explained the situation and also the fact we were not currently in London. Within 10 minutes of the call, Andrew had gotten to the flat and showed me round the property on video call. Within 1 day, he had sorted out our references, a full clean of the flat, and tenancy agreement. Within 3 days we have been able to get the keys and move in. I could not speak highly enough of the service we received and we are super grateful to Andrew as he made a stressful situation, so much less stressful.

Prior to meeting Jason Morris of JT Clarke London, I had no idea what an excellent customer service looked like from Estate agents. I had tried two before, which left a lot to be desired. Our property had been empty for 7 months and after renovating it I approached JT Clarke and was warmly received by Jason Morris and his colleague Jerome.  Jason helped me to acquire a new tenant after doing a thorough search and checks on the person. I chose J.T. Clarke to find tenants for my flat in Peckham as  they are a small private estate agents. From  my personal experience I prefer using small businesses as they offer better service and value for money.
In this case  I was not to be disappointed. From the start  I was impressed with the teams  ( Queens road) professional manner and personal touch. I've recently rented a fantastic little flat in Peckham through JT Clarke and (despite the common held belief that estate agents are a nightmare - sorry guys!) JT Clarke, and our lead contact there Jerome, were genuinely brilliant at every step and made the whole process seamless and almost - dare I say it - enjoyable. I'd thoroughly recommend them.

I rented with J T Clarke (dealing variously with Marsha, Jerome and Jason). Seems they couldn’t be bothered to update our details when I moved in and signed the lease so this means my deposit is being transferred to some woman I’ve never met who lived there prior to me. I should get the money back, assuming this woman then transfers it to us. Pure laziness from J T Clarke and not remotely apologetic. Would give them no stars if I could.

Jason was fantastic throughout. Our sale had a couple of tricky points and he acted as a great mediator between seller and buyer. He made time to let us look round the poperty on 5 separate occasions and even when a third party was an hour late he stayed to let them in. I would really recommend them for a personal and dedicated service.
