We didn't end up selling with these guys. We initially placed it on the market with these after they had given us what turned out to be a very (and inaccurately) high valuation... None of the members of the team seemed to know what was going on and was very hard to get any answers. Seem very inexperienced (inc the agent looking after ours, who revealed he's just joined from the Car Phone Warehouse?!)

We ended up selling with Acorn down the road, who sold it within a matter of weeks and were pretty impressive.

Good morning,

I am sorry to say, there is no communication from the branch. I have emailed your office on Tuesday last week, after 2 days of nothing happening, I contacted again, was informed I’ll have the answer on Thursday. No answer, I contacted Mr Ben again, no answer. Today is Monday, still nothing.

I had the pleasure of working with Serge to help my brother and I find a flat. I cannot stress enough how fantastic Serge is. He is diligent, easy to work with, will intuitively know what you are looking for, and is always there a second after you've made a request. We found our flat quickly thanks to him, and he made the process of securing it completely painless. Given that my brother and I both have busy jobs, if it wasn't for Serge, it would have made the experience a headache, as opposed to what was a breeze.

The rest of Barnard Marcus Putney I interacted with to a lesser degree, but the few experiences I had it is clear they have same work ethic as Serge. Easy to work with, diligent and hard working, and they are there immediately when you have made a request. Thanks again Serge!

We can’t recommend Elliot enough. Their service has been exceptional. He personally drove to our solicitors to hand deliver our completion paperwork to ensure we moved in on time. He was on holiday when we moved in but Michael was fantastic also and they loaned us a 4G dongle as our broadband was still not installed.

Another mention should be made to their mortgage advisor Timea too who was fantastic throughout. All in all, Barnard Marcus really helped and we would definitely look to use them again in the future when buying a new home and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
