What a fantastic team at the Little Sutton Branch. From the valuation by Sadie who was so professional and proficient and had such a genuine enthusiasm for the property. Linda was so friendly and helpful with communications regarding viewings and Matt went above and beyond when dealing with the viewings who always gave great feedback. This small review doesn't show how wonderful and friendly this team are however, the fact that the property sold for the full asking price in just a week does. Fantastic Service. They only had the property for 7 days and found us 2 Viewings. They sold our property in Little Sutton before 2 other estate agents who had listed our house for 6 weeks. Very professional service. Great attention to detail when taking photographs too. Service included regular updates and a member of staff attended all viewings.

Great service from the Little Sutton branch!
We decided to go with Clive Watkin for the sale of our house because of how personable and professional we felt the service was from the get go! The valuation appointment at our home with Sadie was a level above other estate agents that we had explored. We were kept informed on progress and interest in our property regularly and we sold after 2 weeks!
Matt has been great with the negotiations on price for both the sale of our home and purchase. We would 100% recommend these guys.

I am very impressed with the service the staff at this branch have given to me and my family. The professionalism combined with their courtesy and enthusiasm, whilst handling the marketing of my late mothers property, has been impeccable. They have managed to take a stressful situation and make the sale process run smoothly. The staff have kept us informed with regards the viewings and have relayed feedback quickly.

Not happy at all with the service we received. We paid the holding deposit to later be told the rent had gone up, as it was an 'admin error'. No compromise whatsoever and they just expected us to accept this. Very poor service, so we requested our holding deposit back.
