We had tried to sell for over a year with different agents, nothing worked, chains broke, etc and we were set to lose the house we had fallen in love with, we asked Katie Fox to step in to help find another buyer before someone snapped up the home we wanted. They managed to find the right buyer for us so quickly, everything went really smooth with Katie Fox team! Worth every penny!

What can we say, other than it's been one hell of a journey and we couldn't have asked for a better partner to undertake it with!
Simply put, Katie Fox and her wonderful team are amazing. From day one they have communicated regularly, acted with complete professionalism and been absolutely dedicated to supporting the sale of our property. Their collective sense of humour isn't bad either!
At times it's been frustrating, to the point that everything began falling apart in front of our eyes two days before exchange, and then pops up the dynamo that is Emma! This wonderful lady single handedly rescued our sale on more than one occasion when we thought all was lost. As is often the case with home buying there were plenty of hiccups and spanners in the works, all due to other buyers in the chain and their solicitors. This was one of the most difficult moves I have ever experienced in a very challenging market. However Emma was on the other end of the phone at all times giving constant updates, chasing the chain above and below and always going above and beyond. The estate agent we were selling with unfortunately was not as useful so Emma and the team helped with carrying the rest of the chain to get the sale through. I bought my house through them in 2020 and they were so supportive and proactive - so they were the obvious choice when it came to selling the house.
They were great with keeping me updated with viewings, questions, offers, and found me wonderful buyers – it was really important to me that the new owners were nice people as the house is really special to me.

I assumed, based on their other reviews and obvious focus on marketing, that their service would be impeccable! Sadly, it would appear that they're just another agent with sole focus on the vendor. I enquired about a property and was told that they would get back to me. Twice I called and promised they would get back to me. Following the last conversation (having got my hopes up about the property) I looked at their website and it's status had changed to SOLD STC. My question is (I know they're busy and they'd sold the property) what does it take to email or call just to say that the property had sold and been taken off the market? As I said, I wouldn't normally want to leave a review, but I felt that this was worthy of one, even though I know Leaderfox generally have very good ones from customers!

When looking for an estate agent in the Poole area, its much like life, with so many possible options, some decisions can be poor, like choosing countrywide solicitors and some can be good, like choosing a professional team at a highliy rated local estate agency to sell your property. That said, I correctly made the latter decision in choosing leader fox, so save yourself the hunt and just do as i did and pop down to Ashley Cross to speak to the friendly and approchable team in their modern Commercial Road office.
From a sales team that makes positive recommendations on marketing, financing and solicitors (which you should probably listen too) all the way through to weekly updates from their in house 'chaser' Stephanie who chased all parties every step of the way. A totally flawless experience, would do again 10/10, and when looking for a property when i next look in the area i know who i will be using. Hint, its leader fox.
p.s. they even gave me a small hamper on completion from a lovely local company!

After having multiple valuations from other estate agents, George came round & gave us a realistic but still higher valuation on our house. Leader Fox recently helped me sell my house in what I think must be record time. From offer to exchange and completion took 30 days and that included Christmas and New Year! They produced a high quality online brochure, even though my house wasn't a high value property. In fact, it needed quite a bit of work, but they really succeeded in showing its potential. For that reason, they attracted a buyer who was ready to do the deal. Leader Fox is a really professional estate agent in my opinion and I can't recommend them highly enough.

From our first viewing with George he was polite and professional and at hand to provide any information and answer queries we had , also including a 2nd viewing at short notice when I contacted him.
We also can't thank Stephanie enough for her help and guidance throughout the process, we were in a situation where our tenancy ended and there were complications with the solicitors side of things which slowed things down Stephanie was caring and sympathetic doing everything she could to get things moving and most importantly keeping in regular contact with us helping with advice and even resolving our storage situation. Poor Communication Skills
We arranged to view a house being sold by Leader Fox. We turned up at the appointed time but no-one was there. I phoned their office, and was told the appointment had only been pencilled in and not confirmed. As I'm not telepathic, this was not much help. I was told that they would rearrange the appointment and get back to me. I haven't heard anything from them since.
With this level of ineptitude, I certainly wouldn't sell my house through them. Nothing puts a potential buyer off more than discourtesy of this standard.

I went to view a flat in Wallisdown cos the price was good..unfortunately was rather disappointed..they had gone to the trouble of producing a coloured folder with pics but on the plan showed bathroom with a bath..in actual fact..no bath..just a corner shower..bit of a blooper there!! And agent doing the viewing said absolutely nothing thru out..quite appalling..needs the sack..he.s no salesman..in the wrong job i guess!!

We have used Leader Fox for several years now to rent out our properties in Bournemouth. Their service as letting agents has always been outstanding, and their charges highly competitive. We live overseas, so good service is critically important. Before we started using Leader Fox, we suffered from horrendously poor service from well-known agents in the Bournemouth area and finding Leader Fox was an enormous relief.
A few months ago, we decided to sell one of our properties and chose to give our business again to Leader Fox. Although we had never used them as.a sales agent before, we did not want to risk going anywhere else.
They sold the property for a very good price in just a couple of weeks and - very importantly - then kept on top of our solicitor and also the buyer’s solicitor throughout the contract process to ensure a very swift and problem-free completion. A very painless experience for a very good price.
There is simply no comparison between Leader Fox and the well-known businesses I would love to name and shame here. I would not dream of using any other agent in the Bournemouth/Poole area.

I can't recommend the team at Leader Fox enough. Having worked with the biggest agency in the area previously, these guys were like a breath of fresh air.
They are incredibly professional, who tell you the facts, not like their competition who give you the big sales spiel and deliver next to nothing.
