We viewed a house in Broadstone with Simon. The house wasn't to our liking when seen in person compared to the pictures. We opened the blinds (which were closed) to look at the garden view and assess the windows - and the blind came off it's fixture. We apologised for this, even though seems the blinds were already broken. He was so beyond rude and unprofessional. He literally chased us out the house saying that we were wasting his time because we didn't like the house. We as buyers are allowed to 'not like a house' after viewing it. He refused to let us see the loft - stating that 'you can put an offer in and view it for a second time if you want to go in the loft.' He did not let us see the garden either as it was 'wasting his time'. Absolutely do not recommend using them as an estate agents. Simply cannot state just how unprofessional this whole experience was.

He was very transparent and kept us updated at every turn and there were quite a few given a chain that was a bit tricky to navigate. I would say like to say that he perhaps worked harder than other agents in the chain to move things along and getting all in the chain to be aligned - we're happy to recommend Danny and the team.

I sold my property through the Lower Parkstone branch of Wilson Thomas at the end of last year.
From the initial valuation right up to completion, I was really happy with the service they provided. Danny (the main estate agent I dealt with) was great! He kept me informed about what was going on throughout the whole process and was happy to chase solicitors on my behalf when there were hold ups. Both he and the rest of the team were always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls as well.
As for putting the property on the sales market, they really exceled. The listing looked great and they managed to secure a sales price for my property that I was very happy with – particularly as a short-ish lease made it harder to sell. Other local estate agents seemed less inclined to put the effort into selling it with the lease as it was – but Wilson Thomas did and I’m extremely grateful for them having done so.
When I come to sell again, I’d be more than happy to use Wilson Thomas!

I recently sold 2 properties with the team at Lower Parkstone office and couldn’t rate them more highly. Good hard working honest agents who communicate really well throughout the process. Buyers were secured on both properties in quick succession and they spent time ensuring all the relevant checks were made. I could of chosen many other agents that offered cheaper fees but Wilson Thomas fully justified their commission by delivering a great service all round. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
