Overall a brilliant experience buying a house through these guys! Far more personal than anyone else I spoke to in the process of looking for a house! Nothing was to much trouble and I even when things wasn’t 100% smooth I had nothing to complain about. Reply to my silly questions at any hour of the day and any any day of the week! From the first viewing, the day my offer got accepted and the day I had the keys dropped to me. Would 100% recommend to sell or buy through Mark & Heather! Sure everyone else is brilliant but these two looked after me ???? thank you for everything!

Dishonest and unprofessional. All for the seller & not myself as a genuine buyer...strung me along for 6 month's and blatantly lied to me wasting my time and costing me money. Agents like this should be struck off.....avoid this company like the plaque is my advice to any genuine buyers

I bought a house through Keane & Parker in July 2021 - and completed in October 2021. Throughout, they were professional and friendly, prompt and responsive, and couldn't do enough to help me. Keane & Parker are way above the bar when it comes to client service and were always available to answer questions. They even recommended tradespeople (who have all been excellent too).
A special mention for Heather who really went out of her way to help me settle into Plymouth and was so enthusiastic about my new home - wonderful.
I can't praise them enough and will certainly use them when I'm next selling/buying. THANK YOU

This is the second time my wife and I have used Keane and Parker and we cannot speak highly enough about them. A small company that offer that personal touch and professionalism especially during an unstable and unpredictable market, but we had our full trust in them and they delivered. Mark and Heather work brilliantly together and Heather is relentless in chasing solicitors and other estate agents to get everyone to completion. We couldn't be more grateful for the service they have provided, thanks again!!

Gave us false information to get a higher price and were all for the seller and did nothing to help us as genuine buyers. Agents like this should not be allowed to market properties if their sellers are not genuinely ommitted

Not just any estate agent, Heather & Mark go above & beyond to the extent that weeks after our completion, Heather was on the look out day & night for the perfect property for us, which of course she didn't have to do! They say it's the most stressful time in your entire life, but if you are asking me I was just relaxing in the sun. There are very few words that can describe how easy all those at keane and Parker made my life. I'm a worry head and at every twist and turn they were there to support, inform and guide. They are the epitome of hardworking, empathetic, and proffessional estate agents - But they are more than that as well, they are compassionate. Heather has to be one of the most special and caring people on this planet, literally messaging me at 9pm at night replying to any of my worries at some points - where else are you going to get that commitment and passion for a job? SERIOUSLY - It's not a case of what estate agent you are picking, it's a case of when you are going to call keane and Parker.

We appointed K&P despite knowing many other agents in the area. Mark's advice was straightforward, honest and realistic and he acted swiftly to produce good details. Within days we had several viewings and an acceptable offer. The next phase of the sale wasn't quite so easy as we were hindered by an unhelpful solicitor, but Heather worked very hard to help us and our buyers to a successful completion. 11/10! Bless you both.

We used Keane and Parker to sale our home in 2020. After 7 weeks the sale fell through. Our buyer pulled out. The house was back on the market and within 24 hrs we had sold again. Heather and Mark were both very supportive and great at tying everything together. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them. Anyone can sell a home, thats the easy bit, its keeping the chain together, the bits that come afterwards thats crucial. They were fantastic ????

After multiple attempts to sell our home using different strategies with other estate agents that did not produce the results we needed, Keane & Parker stepped in and immediately started to get the viewings we so desperately needed. The prompt quality feedback we received after viewings allowed us to tweak our offering to get the right people through the door and lock in the price we needed to be able to move. Heather was an absolute pleasure to deal with during the sale and kept us consistently well informed and educated throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
