Tola allowed my land lord to steal off me, and when my tenancy agreement was up she said she had a place for me but left me homeless. And she wouldn't even return my deposit. Worst experience in my life living in London. The landlord (Tola) is very dishonest and is not someone you would want to rent from. I never got my deposit back after living in terrible conditions for months in her flat. Her reason for not paying me back the deposit that she owed me was that she struggled to find another tenant to take my room.... Read more

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE NEVER USE THIS AGENCY! The owner Tawakalitu Tolani Badiru aka Tola and the only member of staff here is not to be trusted. She is highly unprofessional and the most dishonest human being you will ever come across. My recent experience with her has left me out of pocket to the tune of £2,000. She charged me estate agent fees, deposit and one month’s rent. She accepted payment and then 1 day after I moved my belongings into the flat she called me to say the room is no longer available for rent. I never moved into the double room. I asked her to return the monies paid to her to date she has refused to return my money even the deposit. Her website displays the rent deposit scheme logo but she does not place the deposit in the scheme. She has refused to explain why she is not returning my money. She is not taking my calls and when she does she continues to tell lies. I am starting court action and if you too have been conned by this woman contact me. She is NOT trustworthy. Do NOT USE HER AGENCY. She keeps referring to herself as “We” bizarrely. Avoid this agency at all costs!... Read more
