We had our house on with another local estate agent for 12 weeks and nothing worked. Went to Ali and co , jak promised he would sell our house within the week. 3 days later and with lots of footfall he lived up to his promise. We dealt with Suzanne who was brilliant , great photos by a professional photographer too with over head shots. We were impressed. The whole process went well and we are now in our dream home. Good to deal with an estate agent that does not bull….. We would thoroughly recommend Ali and Co .They do what they say on tin. Thankyou the whole team involved brilliant from start to finish. ????

We had the delight of visiting our first home with Suzanne who was extremely kind and helpful. It's always daunting as FTB's but Suzanne spoke to us thoughtfully throughout the whole process. We have spoken to many estate agents before who have been rude and impolite, but she was the opposite. Rachel has also been fantastic throughout the whole process. We found Jak and his staff helpful during difficult market,
as we had a price in our head due to the investments made prior to selling.
We were sure if someone came in the house it would sell and this proved right once Jak and his team connected with possible buyers people started to visit we got positivity.
As sale neared completion we fortunately found a property ourselves. So it was a matter of co ordination. This proved successful thankfully.
In all these situation the agent working for the seller have their work cut out and Jacks team did their work to help.
We would recommend Jak Ali and co because with a small team who all new of the property the whole process went as smoothly as it could.

Smooth Communication From the initial inquiry to the final signing of the Rent, the agency's communication was prompt and clear. They were always available to answer my questions Specially Jess Cordery provided all information about the property and initial paperwork process was a bit tricky but Jess Cordery helped me out and make it easy she is really professional.and the agents were transparent about all fees and the terms of the Rent . JAK ALI and his excellent team are quite simply consummate professionals who WILL sell your home – and, most importantly, WILL get you a price that none of the other estate agents in the area can touch.
Jak himself is courteous, charming and eloquent in his explanation of how matters should progress, with a wealth of useful contacts who can help with cleaning, etc – and not least a first-rate conveyancing solicitor who can seamlessly move matters at turbo speed, rather than keep you waiting endlessly.
In short, Jak is the opposite of the archetypal caricature of an estate agent.
He is keen to be proactive and rightly proud of the numerous recent awards that adorn Ali & Co’s welcoming office.
Within just over four weeks we had received a confirmed offer and went on to sell the property at a price that was more than £40,000 what the other agents had quoted.

Looked at a property with the owner (Jak) which I liked. I asked about other interest. He confirmed there was other interest but assured me that, as a current tenant with Ali & Co, he would hold the property for me. Later that day, we spoke on the phone and I confirmed I would like to take it. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed to pay the holding deposit as he said he would hold it. The money left my account early the following morning. I heard nothing for a couple of days. So I emailed Jak. After another lengthy wait, he replied by saying that the property has now been let to someone else!! I was shocked and called him immediately. He said he would sort it out and contact the other tenant to offer them an alternative. I heard nothing back all day. So I sent another email. He again replied apologising for the confusion but the other tenant has been given the property that I was promised. I could either have an alternative or have my deposit back! What an absolute cowboy. To date, I still haven’t received my deposit back. I am now looking at next steps and am in contact with my solicitor. After turning down other properties hinging on getting this one, the future looks grim for me at the moment. Be careful people!

Rachel Savage were always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open.

Within a month found corporate tenants under Jak’s recommendation and have now had the property let agreed with Ali & Co & they have not failed to impress me. Due an inspection in a month’s time but they have been very thorough and I enjoy doing business with them!
