I met Jak from Ali & Co around 4 years ago & following that 1st meeting, I knew that I was going to instruct Jak to sell my house when I was ready to do so. I did so in February 2024, my house was marketed superbly & it was sold in one day & I received multiple offers.
Jak is just super - he is honest, reliable, listens to you & delivers. I would recommend Jak at the drop of a heart beat - he is the most professional estate agent I have ever met & Jak does exactly what he says he is going to do. Thank you Jak.
He is surrounded by a wonderful team who treat you respectfully & are fabulous to deal with.

Smooth Communication From the initial inquiry to the final signing of the Rent, the agency's communication was prompt and clear. They were always available to answer my questions Specially Jess Cordery provided all information about the property and initial paperwork process was a bit tricky but Jess Cordery helped me out and make it easy she is really professional.and the agents were transparent about all fees and the terms of the Rent . There were no hidden charges, and everything was laid out clearly in the contract.

Bad feedback I’m give you.I am offended by the attitude and actions of your company, you lie to people and take advantage of their needs, you illegally take cash deposits from all applicants who are looking for a home. A company whose services cannot be used.

Ali and Co have been a great service. We mainly spoke with Karolina. From the very beginning, Karolina was incredibly kind and nice to talk with. Her professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. Whenever any concerns arose, Jak and Karolina addressed them promptly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth process. Also wanted to say a special thank you to James, who was very helpful and welcoming when we first arrived at the agency.

JAK ALI and his excellent team are quite simply consummate professionals who WILL sell your home – and, most importantly, WILL get you a price that none of the other estate agents in the area can touch.
Jak himself is courteous, charming and eloquent in his explanation of how matters should progress, with a wealth of useful contacts who can help with cleaning, etc – and not least a first-rate conveyancing solicitor who can seamlessly move matters at turbo speed, rather than keep you waiting endlessly.
In short, Jak is the opposite of the archetypal caricature of an estate agent.
He is keen to be proactive and rightly proud of the numerous recent awards that adorn Ali & Co’s welcoming office.
Within just over four weeks we had received a confirmed offer and went on to sell the property at a price that was more than £40,000 what the other agents had quoted.
Totally impressive, truly superb and utterly professional.
Believe me, you really don’t need to look anywhere else.
