Very poor company the promised much but delivered very little. This sums them up-my year contract is nearly up so rang them to cancel-was told you cant cancel till your year is up (without incurring fees), fair enough you think but they wont accept the cancellation till your year anniversary then its 2 months from then till they let go of you. So its a 14 month contract, not 12 as stated. I dont know what other business brokers are like but avoid Kings.... Read more

Dylan was with me every step of the way and kept me in the loop with regular, friendly and supportive contact. I can honestly not say enough about this company mainly the sales team they informed me of everything they would do before I agreed they made me all these promises and I never thought they would stick to them but that they did. they made everything clear and concise in their communication to me so I new exactly what was going to happen and when this removed any second guessing on my part and in turn removed all the stress. the staff at Kings Business Transfer are some of the most polite and professional people i had been hesitant on what to do going forward but they went at my passe and did not rush me just to get a sale i had dealt with a few members of the team usually when this happens people contradict each other and information gets lost but this never happened. i informed a guy called Adam of my circumstances of selling and he was very knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed. Adam proved to be very informative and gave good advise whilst the business was up for sale, he continuously kept me up to date with monthly feedback reviews on prospective buyers. Adam arranged the viewings on the business and gave feedback on all viewings. Extremely disappointed with this company. ( Kings Business Transfer) The original contact seemed professional and worth the fee for advertising purposes. What followed sadly was a mis-match of incorrect details, missing photographs and worse still appointments not being forwarded to us when attempted on their website.
