Sellers should stay away from this agent. We made a 1.1 million offer for 1 Woodberry Way, London, Greater London E4 7DY, he said there was a higher bidder and that our offer was not accepted. We can now see that this property was sold for 965k, therefor I'm sure the vendor never received our offer.
If the seller of this property ever sees this review, I urge them to contact me so I can help them start legal proceedings for their loss.

The team at Amanda Roberts were fantastic. I tend only to leave reviews when well "deserved"; in this case, Tony and Jake were brilliant. Always on hand and easily contactable, they guided me through my first purchase expertly. They also when the extra mile to arrange additional viewings, which provided further reassurance as we moved closer to the exchange. For some, a complex, stressful experience, in my case, simple and enjoyable, which is down to the team; thank you. Highly recommend.
