We used Amanda Roberts to sell our property. I must say their handling of it was first class.
There was always someone who accompanied the viewers and they treated our house with the upmost respect. They arrived before the viewers removed their shoes and made sure the viewers did the same.
They are very professional, always smartly dressed and made sure that we did not feel uncomfortable in our own home.
The feed back was always given to us and helpful advice along the way.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

One of the most terrible agents in London. They pushed me to come up to 600,000 and i accepted. and I am a cash buyer.
But they accepted another offer of 600,000 from mortgage buyer without letting the owner knows. I highly doubt that they might be favoring the mortgage buyer who might have paid them extra amount separately. Beware of this agent.. they are not straightforward ...

They sold us a house as chain free and once we got our mortgage offer committed paid all the solicitor fees started searches the owner changed her mind and changed to a chain one. During the whole process i say 3 months i kept calling asking for progress i was left clueless i would say it is the most unprofessional agency with un qualified people running it! Avoid. I will

Sellers should stay away from this agent. We made a 1.1 million offer for 1 Woodberry Way, London, Greater London E4 7DY, he said there was a higher bidder and that our offer was not accepted. We can now see that this property was sold for 965k, therefor I'm sure the vendor never received our offer.
If the seller of this property ever sees this review, I urge them to contact me so I can help them start legal proceedings for their loss.

I first met Tony Steer of Amanda Roberts when he came to value my fathers house for a potential downsizing. Professional, friendly and after comparing with multiple valuations we had, spot on.
I mentioned in passing I myself had been looking to move home for more than 10 years, having not found anything suitable.
A few months later, Tony called. He had just taken instruction of a property he was sure was right for my family and I.
I went to see the property and couldn't believe it. It was perfect and hadn't even hit the market yet. I made an offer and Tony worked with both sides respectfully to agree a price.
I am now in my "forever" home and couldn't be happier, for which I cannot thank Tony enough. Had he not called me, the house would have sold itself within weeks.
Tony of Amanda Roberts is the real deal.

This is a dodgy agent, he sells the properties to those who bribe him. Even if you make a higher offer he would not put it forward to the vendor and sell it to the person bribing him. If you look at a lot of properties this agent sold, they haven't even appeared on Zoopla or Rightmove. If your selling a property stay away from this agent.

When i first called this agent regarding a viewing for a house in Chingford the man on the phone was not helpful at all and had a very agreesive tone.
I later called as i was only 4 min late to the viewing, he replied again saying “ well no you cant go your late, there are 15 people after you” . I later arrived at the property as i was really angry with his tone, The young man who was at the door was much kinder and there was no one viewing the property there for about 20 min waiting outside.

The sale went through today and we could not be happier. We will definitely be using this company again if the need ever arises.
