Faultless from beginning to end. We had the most amazing experience with Amanda Roberts, starting with the evaluation where Tony appraised us a full £65,000 higher than Churchills and Roselyn's. Yes, you heard that right! We didn't know if Tony was high-balling to get the contract, or if the other two were low-balling to get a quick sale, but what we did know was that Tony had such a positive attitude to our fixer-upper, whereas the other two were constantly running down the neighbourhood and finding negatives about the house. Tony then found us a buyer *the next day*, and we accepted an offer £25,000 under asking price. Tony was incredible throughout, always keeping us informed of developments, and always there to help. The sale went through today and we could not be happier. We will definitely be using this company again if the need ever arises.

When i first called this agent regarding a viewing for a house in Chingford the man on the phone was not helpful at all and had a very agreesive tone.

I later called as i was only 4 min late to the viewing, he replied again saying “ well no you cant go your late, there are 15 people after you” . I later arrived at the property as i was really angry with his tone, The young man who was at the door was much kinder and there was no one viewing the property there for about 20 min waiting outside.

Really delighted with Amanda Roberts. Recently sold my flat through them. I've got say Robert and Tony worked extremely hard on my behalf.
