I've been told a purchase can take anywhere between 3-5 months and therefore I have agreed to initiate the process, paid a reservation fee + solicitors fees.<br>8 months later, I was not able to get a completion date, they did nothing to help me with this purchase. I had to obviously pull out and find another place, losing a lot of money because of Kings Group.<br>Thank you for wasting my time & money!

Highly recommend Joseph Chan! As a first time buyer who knew nothing about the process, the support I received from Joseph was invaluable. He took the time to explain every single stage in great detail and patiently answered all of my questions. Joseph was super responsive and always available whenever I needed reassurance or clarity. Farida was excellent throughout the whole process. She was helpful, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Even after completion, she continued to support me and helped with sorting out providers and other moving-in matters, which I really appreciated.
Buying a home can be stressful, especially when you are new to the process, but Farida made things much easier and was always willing to help. I’m very grateful for her support and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring estate agent.
