Excellent service, 100% recommend!
I've sold three properties with Kings Estate Agency, and each time they've sent buyers to view the property almost daily, and they managed to sell my house in just a few weeks.
In the last sale, our negotiator was Adriel, so a special thanks goes to him. He was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the entire sales process.

I had a great experience with Elleisha. She was extremely professional, friendly, and approachable throughout the whole process. She was very well informed, clear, and explained every step of the rental process in a straightforward and reassuring way.

Thank you Stefan Handzopoulos and Kings Group for helping my family and I find a house to purchase. We were in a situation where we had to find a property asap to complete our chain. Firstly, I was the purchaser and not the seller, but that didn’t stop Ross Johnson from treating us with respect, and his professionalism and hard work was over and above any Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. I would advise anyone who decides to sell their property in Newhall in Harlow to use the Church Langley office as their knowledge is first class. I would also say that if Ross and his team recommend you use a local solicitor take that advice as it will ensure that your sale runs smoothly. Thank you so much Ross, for ensuring we were able to be in for Christmas (by the skin of our teeth), it was all down to you.
