Amazing and outstanding service. I can't recommend Riley enough. He is very proactive and knowledgeable in suggesting properties me and my daughter might be interested in viewing. Speedy arrangements of any viewings and details provided. Keep up the fantastic work. Mesut as the mortgage broker has been fantastic - very approachable and always there to help. Can't recommend him highly enough. Great team. All the best and will definitely recommend you guys.

I highly recommend Georgia and Doug and the team at Kings in Enfield. From valuation and I completion they were superb! The property details were of a very high quality (including drone shots). They think outside the box and don’t just reply on rightmove. The negotiations with the buyer were handled brilliantly.<br><br>They are professional and responsive at all times and worked incredibly well with the solicitors on both even when things were looking a bit risky during the conveyancing!<br><br>I’ve bought and sold many properties over the years and I can honestly say the team here are stand out. Thank you all - what a fantastic job you did!

Really good experience working with Douglas Harper. He was easy to deal with, always quick to respond and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He found some great properties within my budget and never put any pressure on me to make a decision. Made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Would definitely recommend Doug to anyone looking for a reliable agent.

Ellie, the agent was punctual at every viewing and didn't rush the viewing. She was very friendly and welcoming. Any answers she didn't know she said she will put it all in an email. She found all the properties that most matched our requirements and always communicated well by telephone and email. I would recommend this estate agent at Kings Chingford.

After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.<br>From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.<br>Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.
