I instructed Lisa & the team at Kirkby Diamond to manage my commercial property & existing tenants. Friendly people but replying to emails & achieving realistic time sensitive targets doesn't seem to be in their DNA. Frustrated they were not replying to my emails & with my tenants invoices well overdue I ended up issuing the rental invoices myself. I also booked the fire safety service myself to keep the building compliant. After running a successful award winning business myself for 24 yrs I find this fundamental lack of service unacceptable. I have now been invoiced a £500 abortive set up fee which adds insult to injury !... Read more
