We initially sold our house with Tom before lockdown, but during lockdown the investment buyer pulled out. It was quite worrying putting it up for sale again during lockdown, but Tom and the team were great, they sold the house within a week. The difference in using King estate agents is that you get a small group of people working on your house, they know it and understand the market it’s in, they take great care in looking after it on visits and using safe processes. Communication through to completion is great, Tom reminds you of all the steps in the process of selling a house (even the ones that are not estate agents responsibility) we had a small issue with our lawyers, which Tom helped us work through. Without doubt I would recommend King estate agents, the service is the best in MK this is a really personal and professional service, and we were treated throughout as valuable customers. Highly recommended.

From the agent who showed us round the property to the agent who gave us the keys, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. No question was too trivial. They always responded to emails promptly and if I let a phone message, I always got a call back. Thank you each and everyone of you. A pleasure doing business with you. The communication through the sale of my house was excellent. Toms knowledge was excellent when making sure the property found its place in the market. Sam and Anthony were quick to provide useful feedback after viewings and Amelia was great when providing updates during the sale process. There was a slight bump in the road when the chain fell through initially, but the whole team were very supportive and quick to get the house back on the market and sold. I couldn’t recommend Tom and the team more!!

Been looking for a property & have just bought through Kings and had nothing but the best, most attentive personal service from the team at Kings. They went way over & above the norm expected, they listened to what I required & only sent me listing that were relevant to my needs, whereas other agents just sent out long lists of all the properties on their books. Next time I need another property I will go straight to Kings. It really was a pleasure dealing with Tom, Anthony & Sam. Totally recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant estate agent, from start to completion. Tom was happy to tweak our property ad, change photos and wording, without complaint. We needed a plumber to complete work before going on the market and Tom sorted that out there and then. We received regular updates, even when the update was 'nothing's happened yet', and advice on what we should do to get the sale. Every viewing was accompanied.
It was once we had a buyer that the service really came into our own. We had a long chain that was both looking to complete quickly and had issues cropping up at every link. Tom worked incredibly hard to wrangle the chain to exchange of contracts and I have no doubt that the chain would have collapsed three times over if it wasn't for him. Tom came up with ideas and solutions at every turn and was exceptionally professional throughout. I would go out of my way to use King again next time we move!

We were referred to Tom King when we had to sell the house of my wife's recently deceased father. We live abroad so were worried about not being able to be actively involved in the process of the sale. Tom provided a level of service which was exceptional, and enabled us to achieve the sale. He did everything that we asked, and that he said he would do, was always ahead of the process and kept us fully informed and briefed without us ever needing to chase him. He also helped us in a number of things that were outside of the normal remit for an agent, for example arranging and overseeing the house clearance, and declined my offer to add in an administative cost, saying it was all part of the service!
We will be putting our own house on the market later this year and will unhesitatingly return to King Estate Agents to let them sell it for us.

This agent rates very highly with me. In Milton Keynes the competition is hard for estate agents. I can highly recommend Kings Estate agent. Their customer service is second to none that I have come across in the last 25 years. They are on the ball at all times. The glossies and web info was spot on and very professional. Each potential customer visit was accompanied, all 27 of them! They found the right buyer within 2 months and at a price very close to the original estimate. Once the offer was accepted the attention to detail was impressive. Each time I rang up to get an update, Amelia had already made the enquiries and received replies to provide the update! No chasing was needed. As I said, on the ball from start to finish. Must also mention that phone calls to the office were always efficient, polite and dealt with professionally . Excellent team work. Would highly recommend.

King Estate Agents were the agent acting for the vendor of the property we have recently purchased. It was not the simplist of scenarios as the property had been rented by a different agent, and the vendor was based overseas, having spent very little time at the property. Despite this King Estate Agents were key in making sure the purchase progressed as fast and as efficiently as possible, regularly chasing outstanding items and proactively assisting the process wherever possible. Without their efforts we would not have achieved what was a very ambitious completion date. They went beyond the call of duty to ensure any potential hold ups were minimised and always made sure to call back when they said they would, and kept excellent levels of communication throughout with regular updates via phone and email. They were always prompt to any arranged meetings and always endeavoured to be present to give access for trades quotes etc regardless of notice given. A big thanks to Amelia, Tom and Anthony for all their hard work, we would highly recommend King Estate Agents.

If you're looking for an estate agent that genuinely works on your behalf, chases outstanding calls and items, keeps you updated on what's required and what's going on, then these guys will do all of that and more. I switched to them from a 'so-called' main brand agency who were complete incompetents and who reinforced the bad reputation of estate agents. Tom, Amelia & Anthony demonstrated through their actions that a speedy & professional service is possible after all. Good job guys...thanks very much...very happy to recommend this firm.

Really good actually. I was keen to progress the purchase and even managed to convince them to let me have one extra viewing on a Sunday so I can make my mind up!
Buying and selling houses is never easy, and certainly... I would not describe it as fun! Fraught with "where is that bit of paperwork" etc!
The staff at Kings Estate Agents I dealt with were excellent in communicating and trying to keep the chain from falling apart.
They seem like a good bunch.

Excellent customer service from the entire team. We had our property valued by various estate agents in MK and felt King's were the only ones that weren't your typical cheesy estate agents. We received daily updates and never had to chase for feedback. We moved the goal posts a few times but King's still delivered within very tight time frames.
We couldn't recommend King's enough. They were very understanding, knowledgeable and professional and made this process that little less stressful for us.

Having worked with King Estate Agents for many years, my wife and I had the good fortune of using them for our recent house sale and they didn't disappoint. I have had my fair share of 'pushy' estate agents, however King Estate were different, not your any old/typical sales person. They are extremely professional, considerate, polite/well mannered and very understanding. I dealt with Amelia mostly, she was amazing. Hands on everyday including during out of hours/annual leave. I would moving forward speak highly of King to everyone and I will use them again in the near future. Without their support my conveyancing/purchase wouldn't have gone any smoother.
